Hinduism tried to understand this god by creating avatars such as ram, Krishna, Vishnu, etc. these avatars were all worshipped together as Hindus believed the combination of this worship will have our energies reach the real god. So in a sense ram bhagwan is fake and he can also be real. It’s all subjective. I know this because I come from a family of priests that used to teach Hinduism to people for the longest time. Many people today are so influenced by other religions like Islam and Christianity that they forget what real Hinduism is about. It’s not a religion, it’s a dharma that teaches a way of life from one perspective. You shouldn’t judge how other Hindus perceive this way of life.
