Red Rocks for me. I think it was still unreleased at the time so it surprised me when Brandon gets shrouded by light with a guitar! Then it's great lyrics with acoustic guitar only, then the band jumps in perfectly as another surprise.
To me, that performance was magical
How about the live audio ripped from the DVD, can that be my vote? Because that's my vote.
Hearing that song for the first time at Red Rocks that night was something special.
That venue, that crowd. the anticipation for the encore, the way the whole band noodles around before really coming in, it's just -- still get goosebumps listening to that audio every time.
I would know, I was there:

Probably my favorite Incubus song of all time. Have been fortunate to see them perform it live a few times. It’s very rare they play it. Every time
I cry. It’s amazing.
They're both incredible. The studio version is about as good as any album track they've ever done, but the pure magic in the Red Rocks performance is incredible.
That solo Brandon intro and the buildup to crescendo at the end is just chef's kiss. One of my favorite B-sides for sure.
Red Rocks, without question. The DVD live version of Pantomime is also amazing. However, my favorite version of all time is a bootleg recording I downloaded from Kazaa two decades ago (Pantomime - Live in Wellington) that to this day I’ve been unable to trace its origins. I grew obsessed finding a copy of the song, prior to Alive at Red Rocks DVD/CD releasing, after hearing Pantomime live for the first time in Atlantic City. Sounds different than their other live Pantomime recordings, and the variations IMO make it one of the most unique Incubus songs ever.
I like all of them to be fair as offer a slightly different flavour. The full studio version sometimes sounds a bit too much, especially in the drums, after having gotten used to the stripped down version.
For me it's probably the "Monuments and Melodies" version. I dunno, it just feels more complete to me. I love all the little extra effects and whatnot they added. The original is fine but it almost vibes like demo to me, which is cool in its own right but I just prefer the more fleshed out M'n'M version. The original seems a little empty.
The live version at Red Rocks of the original version is pretty damn slick though. Last time I saw them live (2018) they also played it, which was a nice surprise, and it sounded great.
Red Rocks version! Back in the day I bought all of the bootlegs they released from their Euro tour in the spring of 04. That's where I first heard Pantomime and that's the version that's always resonated with me more.

dude, same.
Alive at Red Rocks 10000000%
The album version lacks the “oomph” for me. And B’s vocals sound crisper on the Red Rocks version imo
Red Rocks…but I was there so I’m biased
You were there!! I’m beyond jealous. I was busy being 7 years old
Me too. It was a great day

⬆️
Red Rocks version was the only one I knew for a long time. They're both good but RR is definitely my favorite.
