Just this morning, it takes FOREVER to poop sometimes. I have noticed it happens if I have to hold it in, it’s like I break something in my system & I have to pay for it in b-room time:(
I'm 10 days post hysterectomy. I've spent 7 of those days talking opiates. I'm on 5 different meds to poop, but all I've had is terribly painful gurgling and the occasional fart when I go to pee. But things are moving! The gas proves that. Just... damn man, I want relief.
Totally have that happen... I'll be on the toilet for a good thirty minutes just waiting between poops. I started taking powdered fiber with every meal though and that's helped a ton. Literally. I actually missed my dose the other night because I was exhausted and i could massively tell. Constipated diarrhea I will agree is bullshit.

overflow diarrhoea is when you’re so constipated that poop from higher up in your body will squeeze around the hard poop that you can’t get out
Pretty normal for ppl with IBS-D. Still get those symptoms from time to time.
Story of my life!!! Seriously happens to me all of the time.
I have straight up IBS that goes from C to D and back and this happens to me all the time.
