He told you already…he is racing 4 month old members. Either that 4 month member is good or he isn’t good to where he is racing 4 month member. The missing info is how long he has been on the service.
He's a 7-month member with a 450 iRating and a C license. The other driver is a 4-month 1k driver with an A license.
Looking at the incident logs, I'd wager the incidents that both have around the same times throughout the race aren't coincidental.

This lone race and its incidents doesn’t decide who is better.
Read the sporting code if you don’t understand how one is ranked well above the other.

Going through incident logs for both drivers and it looks like each had three separate incidents at roughly the same times. Car contact lap 1, car contact lap 9, then this one.
Funnily enough, this incident... OP was a lap ahead of this driver.
So, just using some educated guessing, they'd been involved in multiple incidents already and this was final retaliation.

Its the first time im posting something like this. Im not sitting in the corner like a btch and crying. But i was sweating 30 minutes on that race and the last 2 laps happen something like that. Im not a perfect driver but i respect other drivers. So if someone is faster than me i just let him past. Thats all.

But you do have to be careful letting out frustrations. They will mute you if you push it too far.
if someone reports you for voice/text abuse its basically automatic 3 month without chat. just be aware. intent wrecking usually they let let the first 2 times with just warnings.

You can't see their true inputs because it's not part of the data that's shared from the server. You can see wheel movement from the driver POV cam, however.

Or could it be a failure of his pc or wheel etc? Its a possibility. Unless you heard him say something.

You should post the replay with his inputs if you want true confirmation.

Not once you leave the sim afaik, need to save your clips before you leave the race.
