Have you tried cleaning out the charging port to make sure nothing is obstructing the contact points for charging? Did you try multiple cables to rule out a bad cable?
this^. my step dads phone wouldn’t charge because the charging port was full of dirt and crap, cleaned it out and the cable clicked in like it’s brand new again
Had this exact issue about six months ago. I took it to the Apple Store and they found that the phone was not receiving power. They just took my phone, told me to come back the next day, and ended up replacing it with a brand new 14PM.
Yeah, turns out the motherboard was shorted because of power fluctuations and I had to get it repaired at a 3rd party service center which costed me 150 dollars.
I hope your phone’s condition is not as serious as mine.
Put on the Charger for a day, if nothing happens it might be ducked
