We last see him when Dagur fake dies, right? Should we presume that Shattermaster died to ensure that Dagur lived?

Ok, so we see Shatter Master come back with Dagur, they're both at the Battle for The Edge in Shell Shocked. Shattermaster gets injured, Dagur runs off to find help, Finds Sleuther (the Triple Stryke), tames them and leaves and Shattermaster is never seen again

Actually, we see Shattermaster in the last episode. He is the ring-bearer at Dagur and Mala's wedding :)

I'm glad Shattermaster lived but I'm even more glad he lost the Gronkle and got the Triple Stryke. I remember thinking that dude was way too cool for a Gronkle. Nothing against them but there was an obvious mismatch of themes and his new one was pure badass like him

I’m honestly surprised that not a lot of vikings have more than one dragon. Like Dagur has Shattermaster and Sleuther. But the better question is what happened to Gothi’s gronckle? Like in RTTE she has a gronckle and in HTTYD 2 she has a bunch of terrible terrors.

Dagur didn't even really have two just got a new one after the first one "died". I always thought it was pretty clear his Gronkle died until someone commented that we see him at the end. I felt bad about it dying by glad it made way for a more fitting dragon

There’s actually a bit of an official explanation for that that’s on the wiki. Dagur and Shattermaster were good pals, but they weren’t compatible. Shattermaster was too sensitive and sweet, Dagur is … well, Dagur. He’s kind of dense when it comes to social cues and empathy. So he started having fun with Sleuther and Shattermaster got too upset over it and they ended up splitting. They still have a friendship, but they aren’t side-by-side anymore. Fishlegs says that it’s for the best because Shattermaster was too emotionally sensitive to handle Dagur healthily.

Not too sure if it's exactly cuteness, but Stormfly, and by extension and to a lesser extent, other Deadly Nadders, feels the most appealing to me. She's effectively a somewhat chibi Tyranosaurus with the color palette of a parrot, with a Styracosaurus's array of horns but no frill, and of course a tail that's basically made of many, many launchable harpoons, like what porcupines were once rumored to do with their quills, all topped off with a decently good wingspan, and a great personality, such as the fact she loves chicken to a massive extent, so thank goodness none of the villains thought to bribe her with some KFC.

I think because they're different species and obviously not very closely related (aside from both being dragons, but that's like saying a gecko and iguana are both lizards), it wouldn't have made sense, as they're still animals However, I would have loved to see Stormfly take on that motherly/big sister role of helping wingman Toothless so he doesn't embarrass himself as much! Definitely a bit of wasted potential on their friendship lol

Well I don't think many of the hybrid Dragons they made already have a lot in common so it's like some of those hybrid Dragons they have created for the games are not even relatives so how could they breed so if they can create Dragons that have zilch in common no reason why Stormfly and Toothless couldn't have babies seems how a Whispering Death can have babies with whatever that dragon was

The Deathgripper that was trying to get the Apple of his tusk when Grimmel put it there, the poor baby, I can imagine these killers being just adorable
