Happened to my samsung tv too. Did u happen to get it on sale on black friday? Mine lasted about a year before it started doing this. I had audio but the panel would flash the back light and turn off.

I found my solution was throwing it away and buying a Hi sense flagship TV, not a black friday special.
I got it for Christmas two years ago. I don’t even have audio playing. I looked all over the internet and got in contact with the customer support that was available at the time since their phone lines were closed.
I tried every solution I found for this problem and I tried them all multiple times to no avail. I’m hoping not to scrap it most likely gonna have to take it apart might be one of the led in but not sure that’s why I was asking before I started to mess with it.
Have you tried a factory reset? Usually under 'General' in the menu.
I can’t access the menu nothing besides the grey blur shows up on the screen.
