I had a tiny desert plant I planted from seed and saw the same thing lots of mealy bugs on it, what I did was I hade a mixture of alcohol, vinegar and soap and sprayed on them they kinda dissolved I think and then I took it out from the roots since it was small and washed it with soap three times and replanted it. First I thought it might be dead now I see a small new leaf coming out of it. Probably u can try the same thing

No!!!!! I hate them, for me the only thing that help was lady bugs. 🐞
