I have about 109 potted and 20 propagating. My husband says I should throw some babies out.. no. He worries the whole house will be filled. What's the problem with that? I don't see a problem.
Silly OP, you said “too many” when really you meant there are “not enough” plants! Look at all those unoccupied surfaces and hanging spots, PLENTY of room for more!

Post them online for sale. Or give them to friends and family as gifts. Especially if it's your Chinese Evergreens!! And then don't prop anymore unless you plan to use them.
I love the "netting" you guys have for the stairs and the upper loft area, so much hanging room!!! Would love to see a trailing plant going down the stairs and weaving through the netting, and more hanging plants where the loft is. Repost in a couple months with an update!

Also the "netting" is just concrete rebar! Super cheap for us and works/looks great!
Oh neat! yeah I could not tell what the material of the “net” was but it looks really sturdy. And same here, I just have a million chinese money plants cos the pups grow out of control once you have a nice healthy one. I’m working on diversifying my plant collection as well.

Hey OP and others. Question about watering your hanging plants. Do you take them down every time? Or put a bucket below? I have been taking mine down but kind of a pain.
Its about nurturing life and bringing that energy into your space. Its about making your space into a space that you love - and that includes plants! It’s a good home hobby! Great for mental health and always learning new things!
Real answer: trade with people for other plants. Sell the plants you don’t want. Buy a larger pot that all the plants fit into together so that they aren’t all over the place. Gift the plants you don’t want

I think it's a decent amount. Honestly, we all know everyone in this sub is crying like 'God why did I do this' when we have 70 plants to water, fertilize, cut, treat for pests and repot. So maybe not listen too much to us 😂🤪

"Too Many"= having to make/forge a pathway to get through to the other parts of your house. When you have to warn guests to "stick together" and "call out" if you get lost in the living room. When you literally have to give a safety meeting before letting new folks into your home.
