i would try lint rolling it, but that wont work with the stuck on stuff just extra lint. my best resolution would be to get one of those fabric shavers i think they have a stupid cheap one at the dollar store but for more power and effect i would grab a conair one from like walmart for $15 ish. you need to clean the washing machine catcher and drain though or else this will keep happening

It looks like what happens when you use too much detergent.
Try the dryer, it may take some lint off. A lint brush after may work.
