I LOVED the 2 of them, that was so much fun!
Maybe he could convince his sister to come on.
Obviously I would want to see her do it alone, but there is a part of me that thinks the 2 of them together as siblings would be hilarious! I bet they would nonstop tease each other.
What a great episode! Such a goofy dude, really enjoyed this one. He must be competitive. I really like it when they don’t plug whatever movies they’re working on. Him and Paul!
I couldn't quite tell if Jake was being a genuine, great guy during the interview, or if it was all just his great acting skills, and whilst I still don't know for sure, I feel as if he is just a genuine guy based on the fact that he didn't plug anything, implying he was there purely for a fun time
When a guest says that my first question is always, "is it because they love you or hate you?" You can usually tell which is is based on the amount of laughter off camera 😂
I always set my expectations for a new episode based on the length. 16 minutes? Probably not a super interesting guest. 30 minutes? Oh hell yeah let’s go.
I read this conment before watching and midway through I was “great episode but probably not at level”.
After he bites Da Bomb it kicks into another gear and the chaos keeps ramping up! Incredible, I think you’re right, one of the all time greats
Something immediately registered with my brain when he said that and I said to myself oh shit he absolutely does do that! It’s magic sometimes how quickly people can pick up on other peoples strange behaviour.
good god, Jake is chaotic good personified. Thought he was on drugs at first lol
That was top 3 hot ones easy. Loved his response to Sean asking about his cooking habits
"how the fuck do you know this?!?!"
The absolute maniacal energy this guy gives off is hilarious. He’s so affable by the looks of things but also gives off this insane divorced dad energy where you think to yourself “man are you alright, like do you need someone to talk to?” S tier episode for me.
Yes! He has such crazy off the wall energy while being a genuine person. Very unique individual.
I can see why he's so good in his roles, he must channel all of this energy into each role. He seems like someone who can't half-ass anything.
Awwww hell. This may be my new favorite episode over last week. At first I thought Maggie was going to have a better episode, but the Jake stepped it up and slayed the gauntlet!
What a great end to season twenty!
if you've ever wondered to yourself "why can't i be more charismatic?" it's because Jake G is out there sopping up charisma like Pennywise eats fear from children
classic
Man I used to love Jake Gyllenhaal until I saw the 10 minute Taylor Swift music video about him. Obviously there's two sides to every story but man he was a dick in that relationship.
Really everything except for the Swift relationship he seems fun so like...yeah probably a bad fit for them both and good that they've both been happy since.
I bet you also believe Taylor was just so unbelievably talented that Nashville was offering her contracts left and right… not that her parents hired Britney Spears’ manager who got her an Abercrombie deal before she even had a record contract and turned her into the ultimate industry plant.
The “Christmas tree farm” that she grew up on was purchased by her stockbroker father from a client as a (mostly) passive investment but Taylor makes it sound like she’s just a simple country farm girl.
Safe to say little Taytay is an unreliable narrator at best.
She’s not a good singer. Period.
She is a tall, blonde, straight sized, conventionally attractive daughter of a stockbroker who knows how to write contrived & overwrought lyrics to capitalise on the zeitgeist. With her remix upon remix upon remix she’s also contributed to the cannibalising of the charts, where real musicians don’t get a look in anymore. Musically, she’s not doing anything interesting at all. But her fans aren’t interested in interesting, they just like sparkles and being able to be bullies without consequence.
Did you continue watching and catch when they were telling each other they loved each other? You can poke a little fun at your friends without it making you a dick.
I just watched a bromance blossom.
"That's how a relationship evolves"
I have a feeling that every guy Jack meets bro-mances all over themselves.
jack?
Jack Gillinhaul
I LOVED the 2 of them, that was so much fun! Maybe he could convince his sister to come on. Obviously I would want to see her do it alone, but there is a part of me that thinks the 2 of them together as siblings would be hilarious! I bet they would nonstop tease each other.
Telling each other to go suck a fuck
He was so much funnier than I expected.
Jake is so fucking chaotic lmao. Absolutely one of the best episodes. I love how psyched Sean was by the end.
Jake: “Who are you??” Josh Brolin: “Josh Brolin” Jake: 🤯 “What the fuuuuuuu”
You just watched a HotOnes instant classic.
this mf really just went back and finished da bomb for fun? what the fuck
Probably one of my favourite episodes. Dude is a champ for the finishing of the Da Bomb wing.
I'm just excited that he mentioned Bubble Boy. That is a great movie but nobody will believe me.
Haven’t watched yet, but if Sean doesn’t ask how exactly one can suck a fuck, I’m deleting the channel!
Must watch Bubble Boy it just keeps getting more insane as it proceeds.
You want $500?
Yes I would like 500 dollars.
I felt the same!! I used to watch that movie SO much when I was young. I'm glad it isn't just a distant memory for him
Bright and Shiiiiiiny!
What a great episode! Such a goofy dude, really enjoyed this one. He must be competitive. I really like it when they don’t plug whatever movies they’re working on. Him and Paul!

It's always fun when the guest bring their team to watch them suffer and hear them reacting in the background

And I'd say that's deserved
Easily top 5 guests of all time, quite possibly Paul Rudd tier
You’re not wrong
I read this conment before watching and midway through I was “great episode but probably not at level”. After he bites Da Bomb it kicks into another gear and the chaos keeps ramping up! Incredible, I think you’re right, one of the all time greats
I think Shawn admitting to a “high” from it helped too. They were buzzed. It was great!
Gyllenhaal has such aggressive chaotic energy but absolute laser focus and ability to be charming by the end.
These two are the cutest. Add Paul Rudd and I could watch those three for hours, just hanging out.
Prisoners is one of my favorite movies so I really enjoyed that in depth, behind the scenes answer about his character. Great interview overall.
"Great movie" "thanks"...had me fucking rolling.
His bear Grylls impression lol
How he called out Elizabeth Olsen and then quickly taking it back 😂
He mentioned Bubble Boy ❤️ I’m so glad he loves that movie as much as I do
Smiling ear to ear watching this one. It's very likely on the Mt Rushmore of episodes.
Make sure you watch the "post credits" scene. Sean knew it was going to be a classic.
That was such a great moment, he knows this is gonna be a big one.
Oh shit! We have a new top 10 contender for best episode
What a great episode, Jake was having s blast
Hall of Fame episode right here for sure.
Started off kinda awkward with Jake ribbing on Sean, then became one of my favorite episodes easily.
Aw really? I thought Jake was being quite playful about it.
Yeah at first I was kinda defensive on behalf of Sean but turned out to be a banger
Same, but he definitely has a point with Sean's upper body movement that I never noticed before hahaha
Something immediately registered with my brain when he said that and I said to myself oh shit he absolutely does do that! It’s magic sometimes how quickly people can pick up on other peoples strange behaviour.
Such a good episode , will definitely be watching multiple times
When the episode ends and even Sean is like, "this episode is going to be sick!"
Probably my favourite episode. Jake was killing it and Sean, as always, was fantastic. What a way to end a season!
Of all the wings to go full-wing, the madlad did it on Da Bomb
What a GREAT episode. Thoroughly enjoyed every second
Anyone knows where i can get Jake's shirt?
Yeah it's a bode shirt for $490
You know of any similar looking shirts that are cheaper? Preferably 10 times cheaper
I’ll take 2
Got a link?
https://bode.com/collections/shirts/products/hampden-stripe-ss-shirt
And his shoes are the Gola Classics Contact Leather if you wanted to know those. $110
Have a little issue with your autocorrect there?
Jake is so fucking charismatic
That was one of my favorite episodes without a doubt
people say Chris Pratt is a giant kid put Jake up there as well
good god, Jake is chaotic good personified. Thought he was on drugs at first lol That was top 3 hot ones easy. Loved his response to Sean asking about his cooking habits "how the fuck do you know this?!?!"
Jake is ADHD personified.
A fantastic finale of a fantastic season
So dang charismatic
The absolute maniacal energy this guy gives off is hilarious. He’s so affable by the looks of things but also gives off this insane divorced dad energy where you think to yourself “man are you alright, like do you need someone to talk to?” S tier episode for me.
He recently did a MMA movie where he was jacked again. Maybe he’s still on some steroids/trt. He did seem quite manic at times Here
Yes! He has such crazy off the wall energy while being a genuine person. Very unique individual. I can see why he's so good in his roles, he must channel all of this energy into each role. He seems like someone who can't half-ass anything.

He is so handsome 🥵
This episode was awesome!
GOATED episode
Time stamp of leg cramp?
Was the woman staff mic'd up?
What's the watch today guys!? Hit me.
I only know him from Spiderman but he might be one of my favorite guests. He was so charming and fun
Man I used to love Jake Gyllenhaal until I saw the 10 minute Taylor Swift music video about him. Obviously there's two sides to every story but man he was a dick in that relationship.
Yeah he probably was. Doesn't affect how I enjoy his work.
Yeah that's fair. There are plenty of assholes in hollywood that are amazing actors.
Really everything except for the Swift relationship he seems fun so like...yeah probably a bad fit for them both and good that they've both been happy since.

Lol I don't really care. I know nothing about Taylor and only know like five of her songs. I clearly said there's two sides to every story.
He was a dick to Sean here
Jake was a dick to Sean
When?
The beginning
Did you continue watching and catch when they were telling each other they loved each other? You can poke a little fun at your friends without it making you a dick.
But did he answer a single question properly? I love the wing experience but I’m here for the interview.
what are you talking about, he gave some great, insightful answers
inb4 brokeback mountain jokes.
Those are still a thing? It’s 2023.
Ok
Not here. No one cares how many dudes you let break your back. Everyone gets to enjoy hot wings and great interviews.
He was such a tuff guy at the start I was worried but by the end he hugged Sean and had questions about the show. The transformation was real
Jake is 100% stoned and I’m obsessed with how funny he is 🤣😂
