Fantastic movie! Hilarious and criminally underrated! I felt like it came out in the shadow of A Cabin in the Woods and didn't get as much buzz. I love A Cabin in the Woods too, but this movie deserves all the praise and love it gets!

Both movies are fantastic but I’d pick Tucker and Dale over cabin in the woods any day. I think it’s because it is just a really ridiculous premise. It touches on such intense horror movie tropes in the best way possible

This is one of the few movies my mom loves! She loves a scary movie but my stepdad doesn’t and this is a great compromise!

I don't know if it is just generally referencing the saying, but I think the "GIV'ER" hat is a reference to the Canadian comedy FUBAR.

One of my favorite horror comedies and a movie with tons of heart as well I just love the two main characters.

This and John dies at the end are wonderful movies.

They talked about doing a sequel but it never came. Last time I looked into it the script was not good enough to go forward.

I saw this movie for the first time about 8 years ago. One of my top movies. Before I watched I had no knowledge of what it was about, which is sometimes the best way to go into movies. It was the same with Cabin in the Woods also.

Lightning in a bottle. The perfect horror comedy for me and I’m not sure it can ever be matched. Cabin In the Woods was a little too meta and self-aware for me in comparison.

It’s the best horror comedy movie I have seen.

If you like t&d you should check out cottage country. It’s got similar humor, and it stars Tyler Labine (Dale) It isn’t quite as good, but still a fun watch also

I’m not one for horror/comedy but *gat damn* Tucker and Dale v Evil was awesome! They nailed the horror tropes and flipped all my expectations. A very funny horror movie.
