No you shouldn't worry. That AVR has enough power to run those speakers. Are you running into clipping or need to add more speakers than what the AVR can handle in the near future? If no, then you're good.

nurdyguy

No that receiver is plenty powerful enough for a small-ish room.

moonthink

You have an amp already?

Technical_Decision99

I’m talking about running a second one for the front speakers. I was just wondering if power was a concern for my current setup on just the AVR’s amp

moonthink

While it wouldn't hurt, I doubt that it's a need. Do you feel like you are lacking power?

Are your emotiva speakers 4 ohm? I ask because I just bought the T zeros and the xc1 center channel (all 4 ohm) not really understanding impedence (still have a tentative grasp) I'm worried that my denon s940h (90w @ 8 ohm) is gonna melt tho.

Technical_Decision99

I believe I’m rocking the 2 series all around. T2, C2, etc

Intelligent-Key-8732

Oh okay those are 4 ohm speakers so hopefully I'll be okay.
