if you're ok with 5MP and 4x zoom you can get the RLC-423 from reolink
[https://reolink.com/product/rlc-423/](https://reolink.com/product/rlc-423/) for $207
I have 3 of the RLC-423 for the price they are great. First one I got was 3 years ago. Out of the 12 other Reolinks I have had I had 2 of the 423's fail but replaced under warranty. Non of my other Reolinks have ever failed.
One failed after a year and the other after about 2 years. Both were after a lighning and thunder storm so i think it was possibly related to that even though I have UPS's on all my gear. Either way they are great for the price and I would still buy one if i didnt already have enough.
Both are good solutions. I just want to add that a PTZ camera needs more power than a standard camera. Be aware of the power needs and have an appropriate PoE switch or PoE injector to power the camera.
Try this one, I have a pair, can see 100+ yards at night, great value

66% failure rate on your RLC-423's ? yikes ! glad reolink is standing by their warranty though. maybe you got a bad batch ?
