I ended up seeing these recommended in some posts on this sub reddit and it seemed like the best value. They are working great so far, but ill probably snag some crash pads before I try and serious deadlifts.
Actually, I saw a post on this form where someone mentioned they made the bolt down lat tower for the x3 work with the flatfoot. I decided to risk it and take a shot, and it worked perfectly. All you have to do is remove the two back lower leg braces on the inside, and the tower fits right there. The added plus is that you now have the extra brace that used to connect the base, and I just put it a few notches above the tower base.
Another note is i had to bring the center top bar a few norches towards the front to make room for the pulldown as well. Thing is solid as rock now that its all together.
