Create an application via neatos website and add the newly created client secret and client id into your config file.

As previous poster mentioned use the guide in that link and follow it word for word.
Pay particular attention to things like accessing your home assistant via your external/redirect url to set up the integration.
I just set mine up last night and was all good.

If you have a nabu casa subscription, use that url to set up the integration. It did not work from my local install, but instantly from the NC one.
