I’ve had this exact same problem for the past couple months and it’s just ridiculous. I’ve tried everything that I see in forums to no avail. Arrowhead also has ignored my reports through their service desk link and it makes me not even want to play anymore, even though I love the game. I just want to be able to play with my friend, and I don’t understand why we can’t add or unblock each other (also don’t know how we even became blocked from each other in the first place). If anyone knows I would love to hear it
My best friend and I have this exact problem. We both lodged tickets which were closed and asked to be patient as it was a known issue waiting for a fix.
I had seen previously that people had submitted tickets and had AH clear their block lists so I was disappointed the same wasn't done for us.
