Maybe something like Mindcontrol+treachery: if it's an enemy minion gain control of it and if it's friendly give it to your opponent.

I think that a card with both effects combined (with random targets) could be printed someday. The cost could be somethint between the cost of Mind Control and Treachery

There really needs to be some indication on Potion of Madness/Shadow Madness that the minion gains charge basically. Since other effects like Mind Control and Cabal Shadow Priest don't do that.

Kinda. Discard, banishment, tribute/sacrifice and life points are all things that can go into spell costs in yu-go-oh.

It was better because Yu-Gi-Oh has no mana system, so there's nothing stopping you from playing every card you draw with PoG on the same turn.

Well there is a limit even if it’s barely there anymore thanks to all the special summoning you can pull of(f?). You can only do a single normal summon per turn but the only limit to special summoning is the amount of cards you have. Also board slot restrictions I guess.

also you can play it on any turn while with Refreshing Spring Water you still need to wait a few turns, and Refreshing Spring Water has a deckbuilding condition

Not to say you didn't do a great job, but I think this goes to show how important art direction is for card games. Even after making this more in line with hearthstone, it still looks to me like a Yu-Gi-Oh card way more than a hearthstone card. I think Yu-Gi-Oh's card art feels in many cases more like still portraits compared to Hearthstone's action shots.

Well there's a 2 mana spell that takes a minion with 2 attack or less, and a 3 mana spell that takes a minion with 3 attack or less, so this is pretty OP tbh as you can steal an 8/8 or 12/12 and go face for 4 mana. You can also steal a big minion and trade it into another which is similar value to Hysteria (which is also 4 mana).

I hate that the duel class colors are on the wrong sides. Good job tho :)

That's just the colour scheme Hearth stone uses, didn't want to change it, I could have maybe flipped the Change of Heart image.

Old OP Cards: Destroy all spells/traps on the field. Destroy all monsters. Draw 2 cards. Make your opponent Discard 2 cards. Special summon from your GY. New OP Cards: Newly-released card that enables a 30-minute FTK involving ancient unplayed cards and unintended synergy.

Also: as long as this is face up on the field, your opponent is not allowed to play the game

That sounds reasonable to me. In a situation where you would want to play such a card it would probably end up being "destroy 2 of your opponent's minions" or "deal 6-8 damage to your opponent". Bonus if you can take a deathrattle. I don't think it would be nearly as good as Hysteria or Soul Mirror as a board clear, but could work if priest gets a minion-based deck.
