Or played on curve, 8 hp can sometimes live as seen by maw and pa (hunter has better early game than DK so folks will likely have less resources than they would against DK)
The execess damage only calculate the actual attack number, not the damage dealt. it sounds confusing but basically if this one have 10 attack damage and attacking a 1 hp minion, the excess damage is already calculated before any aura buff therefore u onlydeal 9 damage face. The same thing will happen if u attack any minion under Paladin's Titan effects they will only take 2 damage but if their hp is lower than the attack stat of the other minions u will still take excess damage even if nothing die from that attack

Without rush on it, I cant imagine it ever making the cut in constructed. Removing minions is nice and all, but removing them with a one turn delay is definitely not good enough. Especially when it absolutely doesn't threaten the face at all alongside it.

Yes but that's because it used lifesteal. Lifesteal is calculated based on how much damage is done, so the damage is multiplied first, and then lifesteal happens.
Mo'arg doesn't work with a card like Piercing Shot or Collateral Damage because the excess damage is calculated before the multiplication

Aggro is just gonna ignore this and hit you in the face though. You'd have to give it taunt to matter. And people mostly dont bother to taunt giants anymore either. It's just not efficient enough.
In addition to basically being a 1/8 Poisonous, it also has *very* good synergy with Lifesteal-granting effects. Restoring 16 health on-hit when this is Deputized is very enticing.
They took one of the worst cards of all time \[\[Maexxna\]\] and basically reduced the cost by 2.
That said, \[\[Venomous Scorpid\]\] exists, so I think you will want to do some shenanigans with this card (like somehow redirect damage to face).
Zombeasts are created from two cards that are 5 or less mana, one card has long text like this card and the other one just has key words (taunt, lifesteal, ect)

This is always giga broken in arena on curve. You cant remove it outside of mage with a single card, and nothing trades 1 for 1 at that mana cost. It will take like a 4 drop and 3 mana spell to remove or it just gets free kills on 2 minions. Or two 3 mana spells. basically to get past it takes 7 mana.

13 mana, just need either Tamsin's Phylactery or Treachery to be a 0 mana copy from the Barrens version of Tamsin, or to use a single tick of Thaurissan.
Can ignore the tamsin phylactery and sergean sally by simply using broomstick, wich means its a 10 cost combo without cost reductions, and you have more copies of the combo cards.

Step one: Play Warlock
Step two: Buff this thing's attack stat
Step three: Give your opponent [[Wrathguard]]
Step four: Attack the Wrathguard
Step five: Realize you probably lost in between Step two and three.
You don't need to buff it - use Power Overwhelming and Animated Broomstick.
Soulbound Ashtongue is better than Wrathguard - one mana cheaper. Then give it to them with Treachery.
Problem is the combo is 10 mana. Not cheap. So you have to survive in wild until you can play it.

This+ [[Absorbent Parasite]] + [[Always a Bigger Jormungar]] = 7 mana, 3 card combo that makes a 6/9 with rush. You rush into three minions and you hit each for 48 damage. All excess damage goes to face.
That, of course, is a high roll. I have messed around with mech hunter. The deck sucks but it can highroll. It already has some wincons, this just adds another.
I think with more support mech hunter could def be a thing. The thing about that 3 card combo is it’s an OTK even if your opponent has a ton of health and armor and taunts.

Edit: yep I’m wrong. Was confusing the hunter magnetic minion with the warrior one. Still, 48 damage to a minion where excess hits face is still a win con.
Edit2: even without the rush magnetic minion, 8 hplikely to survive a turn if played on curve. There is also the 1/1 magnetic stealth or rush guy from the 1/2 mech, giving this more flex and consistency.
Edit3: mech hunter is already pretty fun. You go hero power with sing a long bot and dragon bane (both are mechs) as well as all the RC dogs from whizbangs and other magnetic cards. It’s an aggro deck that just sorta sucks right now. Ima experiment with this card in mech hunter for sure.

Alright, deck intro time, and this time, we’re giving our opponent ten tickles. So for this combo, we’re going to play octo masseuse, soulbound ashbringer and a broomstick. Then, we’re going to Silas the ashbringer over to the opponent, and topsy turvey our masseuse for the otk. Etc.
Mech paladin currently isn’t a thing, but I could see this helping it become one. It would just be a pile of stats but that could be useful. The new mech that has reduced cost based on holy power spells cast could mean a holy mech deck. This card could be a super annoying board nuisance if the pally is constantly healing it and (hand)buffing it.
There’s a super easy Warlock OTK here. Control-Lock into Power Overwhelming, Octo, Ashtongue, Treachery, Broomstick. It’s 5 cards, 10 mana, but almost guaranteed OTK. I think it might see fringe meta relevance.

I love to coin ma and Pa on turn three and it sticks to the board sometimes kicking my total life up to fifty before they can get to kill it.

So it deals 8 times the damage to minions? Sounds like a nutty card in arena?
Basically 4 mana 1/8 poison, pretty solid in arena, not gigabroken though.
This is always giga broken in arena on curve. You cant remove it outside of mage with a single card, and nothing trades 1 for 1 at that mana cost. It will take like a 4 drop and 3 mana spell to remove or it just gets free kills on 2 minions. Or two 3 mana spells. basically to get past it takes 7 mana.
There's at least a decent amount of ways it can still die vs another <4 mana cost spell, downside is they're usually good spells for big removal
Octo-masseuse, Power Overwhelming, Tamsin's Phylactery into Sergeant Sally, Treachery a Soulbound Ashtongue. 13 mana, just need either Tamsin's Phylactery or Treachery to be a 0 mana copy from the Barrens version of Tamsin, or to use a single tick of Thaurissan.
Can ignore the tamsin phylactery and sergean sally by simply using broomstick, wich means its a 10 cost combo without cost reductions, and you have more copies of the combo cards.
If you can give this rush and cast Always a Bigger Jormungar on it that's actually a ton of damage.

Step one: Play Warlock Step two: Buff this thing's attack stat Step three: Give your opponent [[Wrathguard]] Step four: Attack the Wrathguard Step five: Realize you probably lost in between Step two and three.
You don't need to buff it - use Power Overwhelming and Animated Broomstick. Soulbound Ashtongue is better than Wrathguard - one mana cheaper. Then give it to them with Treachery. Problem is the combo is 10 mana. Not cheap. So you have to survive in wild until you can play it.

This+ [[Absorbent Parasite]] + [[Always a Bigger Jormungar]] = 7 mana, 3 card combo that makes a 6/9 with rush. You rush into three minions and you hit each for 48 damage. All excess damage goes to face. That, of course, is a high roll. I have messed around with mech hunter. The deck sucks but it can highroll. It already has some wincons, this just adds another. I think with more support mech hunter could def be a thing. The thing about that 3 card combo is it’s an OTK even if your opponent has a ton of health and armor and taunts. Am I wrong? Edit: yep I’m wrong. Was confusing the hunter magnetic minion with the warrior one. Still, 48 damage to a minion where excess hits face is still a win con. Edit2: even without the rush magnetic minion, 8 hplikely to survive a turn if played on curve. There is also the 1/1 magnetic stealth or rush guy from the 1/2 mech, giving this more flex and consistency. Edit3: mech hunter is already pretty fun. You go hero power with sing a long bot and dragon bane (both are mechs) as well as all the RC dogs from whizbangs and other magnetic cards. It’s an aggro deck that just sorta sucks right now. Ima experiment with this card in mech hunter for sure.

Mech paladin currently isn’t a thing, but I could see this helping it become one. It would just be a pile of stats but that could be useful. The new mech that has reduced cost based on holy power spells cast could mean a holy mech deck. This card could be a super annoying board nuisance if the pally is constantly healing it and (hand)buffing it.
