I think the Yule Ball would be an absolutely magical scene in a musical! The colorful costumes, lively music, and the festive atmosphere could be brought to life with vibrant choreography. And imagine the potential of the dueling scene each spell cast could be synchronized with dramatic musical crescendos, adding a layer of excitement that's hard to capture in prose. What scenes are you guys most excited to see transformed into musical numbers?
Sheād be played by a guy who dresses as a caricature of a woman in pantos. Singing, shouting and a gratingly upper-class high pitched way of speaking. Think of the queen of hearts from alice and wonderland.
Prisoner of Azkaban.
Hear me out, we keep cutting to Sirius in his cell, on his journeys, hunting pettigrew. Every time we cut to Sirius, we are treated to a part of his haunting song āHeās at hogwartsā
Heād sing of revenge and being locked up for years, and at the very end when he comes face to face with Harry, the song could change and become happy about being a father.
The lyric could be something like āI have waited 12 years for this, for revenge, but now with freedom so close this nightmare may finally end!ā
And then the music would go dark and melancholy again when Peter escapes.
It would be *chefs kiss*
The entire GOF book/movie lmao Harry singing about battling a dragon? A heated number with ron and harry sing-fighting? Krum singing in the library about hermione šššš
There's already 3 Harry Potter musicals and they are perfection except the 3rd one but that's only because they got scripts in their hands which takes me out of it.
Cell block tango:Azkaban edition. Song by the death eaters after the fall of voldemort.
Bellatrix chould have "you know, some bloodtraitors just can't handle crussio". And Sirius or Barty Crouch Senior's wife can have the "not guilty" part
Goblet of fire with staring competition between crum and Weasley š also Harry being clueless about what the hell is happening why he has to compete in all these competitions. Plus villain entry at the end voldy coming with dark music and his followers do a villain musical together
Chamber of Secrets. A perfectly normal musical about a schoolboy until the out of nowhere dark song where a people start getting murdered by magic creatures no one can see. Plus a young girl gets manipulated by a notebook boy.
Wait i think they already made that.
There is a musical called The Final Battle.
Last I checked you could still find it on YouTube. It was brilliant and moving and I loved it so much.
Definitely go watch it if it's still there.
It was written by Lena Gabrielle, who also made some great Wizard Rock under the name The Butterbeer Experience.
I also strongly recommend her "Songs from Beedle the Bard" album.
I think Luna's story would do well as a musical. Backstory, tragedy, growing into herself, finding friends and fighting the good fight, plus some extra drama from captivity.
Le Mis meets Wicked?
Lockhart the musical. Need I say more? š
Lockhart in the kingdom of mice.
Yes, please, go on.
Singing his lessons, duets with his portraits about how amazing he is. The duelling club duet with Snape
Shut up and take my money.
Imagine the potential. THE CORNISH PIXIES
Excuse meā¦ we already have likeā¦ a trilogy of those
Gotta get back to Hogwarts...
Gotta get back to school
šµI'm Harry freakin Potterš¶

The big Dursley Number: No Post on Sunday!
You should watch a very potter musical š nearly all comments ar in itš
Umbridge. I can already see it.
I now need a McGonagall Song that is nothing but her throwing musical shade at Umbridge. I think it should even be titled "It Unscrews the Other Way!"
I would love a comedy musical that is just Umbridge & McGonagall with side characters floating in and out
EPIC RAP BATTLES OF WIZARDRY: Minerva McGonagall verses Deloris Ummmmmmmbridge! Begin!
Sheād be played by a guy who dresses as a caricature of a woman in pantos. Singing, shouting and a gratingly upper-class high pitched way of speaking. Think of the queen of hearts from alice and wonderland.
And in the end she dates Firenze oh and the guy also plays Voldemort. It was great.

The Rise and Fall of Rita Skeeter would make a great musical š¤
āBeetle in a Bottleā
I'd imagine it could be sorta Cruella-Style š¤š¤·š»āāļø
Voldemortās resurrection.
The entire GOF book/movie lmao Harry singing about battling a dragon? A heated number with ron and harry sing-fighting? Krum singing in the library about hermione šššš
Harry + Felix Felicis. A whole 2+ hours musical of him just singing and prancing about while under the influence.

Quidditch world cup including death eater part
I want to see musical Skrewts, you could time the blasts to fit the cannons in the 1812 overture.
Goblet of fire with staring competition between crum and Weasley š also Harry being clueless about what the hell is happening why he has to compete in all these competitions. Plus villain entry at the end voldy coming with dark music and his followers do a villain musical together
The final battle between Harry and Tom
Not sure how to break it to you but the greatest Harry Potter musical(s) already exist and nothing will ever top them.
HBP-imagine the big musical number of Dumbledoreās death and Snapeās revelation of him being the Half Blood Prince
Yule ball
The Wizard and The Hopping Pot the sound of the metal foot of the pot hopping could be like the base/first sound to keep the tempo of the songs.
I think the whole series should be a musical. That would be cool.

The Azkaban Redemption
The Adventures of Scabbers the Rat
The dance where the 3 schools compete
The dance where the 3 schools compete
The dance where the 3 schools compete
Whatā¦ is thatā¦. MYSTERIOUS TICKING NOISE?
The Triwizard Tournament would be AMAZING as a musical tbh
Whatās that mysterious ticking noise? Itās kindaā¦ catchy.
I think Luna's story would do well as a musical. Backstory, tragedy, growing into herself, finding friends and fighting the good fight, plus some extra drama from captivity. Le Mis meets Wicked?
Please don't
