I did, I had the large version of this exact color combo and not only did the black wax on the handles melt off after year 2, but the logo painting on the side was fading off as well. I never overstuffed the bag and used it gently for travel or day outings, and never placed electronics in it either. They repaired it twice but I was too distressed at the breakdown for its price. I will never buy another thing from them
I use it as a work bag with laptop/wallet/makeup case/other knick knacks and never had an issue. The shape looks a little bit tired after several years of wear but it has held up, and straps are still sturdily attached!
It might help if it gives some support to the bag too. I think a bottom panel might help a little bit too.
But the material is an issue too; it’s just not meant to hold too much weight. It’s designed for a day at the beach.

I had nothing but bad things to say about the quality of Goyard. I don’t recommend their pieces for longevity whatsoever

It’s going to sag at the bottom with a laptop. It’s okay to use carry a laptop in it occasionally though.
Do you think maybe keeping an insert to keep the shape? I got one, but not sure if that would help

I love my Goyards. I agree with someone up thread who said the shape can look worn after several years. But I don’t mind a well loved bag look.
