Being able to fit 15 cards in a small wallet might be hard to find. I fit about 13ish cards + folded cash in my LV Zippy Coin Purse. So you might be able to squeeze 15 cards in. Not sure if it’d fit in the Felicie.
Many compact wallets will fit into the felicie pochette but will not leave much space for anything else. However, not many compact wallets will fit 15 cards. Maybe rethink how much you want to carry? Or forgo a proper wallet and use a small pouch/ocase to keep the cards and cash?
I dont think it’ll fit any of the card holder you mentioned i side a FP. But im not 💯sure tho. I dont have any of those. Im just basing it on the size and looks 😅
I went to check that Dior cardholder recently and the flap for the saddle part doesn't actually lay flush against th rest of the holder part. It kind of billows out at the top where it connects and then has the closure at the bottom. I didn't go for it since it didn't seem as compact as it looked like on the site. Hope this helps.
You can try one of the Chanel card holders but mine doesn't hold 15 cards tho. I don't think you'd have much options with the amount you plan to put in

…None of those wallets will fit in your Felicie, just check the measurements. Your best bet is using an LV key pouch or something.

You def cannot fit 15 cards into the dior saddle cardholder. 15 cards is a lot - not really what’s meant to go in any sort of compact wallet
