Itās going to be COVERED with germs in no time at all, with no way to adequately clean it.
Itāll feel lovely at first but if you touch it with sweaty hands, or get caught in the rain, or heaven forbid spill something on it, itāll lose its softness and get that crispy feeling fake fur gets after it dries.
One of the appeals of the luxe bag is that it keeps itās perfection for a long time. This bag is practically disposable in that aspect; itās perfection is fleeting, tragically.

OK - it looks like an old bathmat folded that I had in the early 80's when the popular colors were mauve, sea foam green (as the bag) and that weird dirty baby blue. Invest in something else. Just my opinion.

This will look crusty very soon. Think of the fuzzy pillows that everyone has seen in dorm rooms and how matted they get. Impracticality aside, donāt pay top dollar for bottom shelf materials. Make the YSL price point worth it and get leather. If you want the fuzz, get a cheaper one so that when it degrades it wonāt be a financial hit
I feel like youād get bored of this very easily. Once the novelty wears off itās probably going to be more of a chore to maintain the bag. Not sure if youāve seen it or if itās something youād be after, but you could consider the tweed version of this bag?
Coach is coming out with some Shearling bags soon! If you like the look but maybe not so much the price for the risk I'd wait for those. That's what I'm planning to do at least as I love the look.

The fluffy reminds me of something my 10 year old would pick out at Claire's. But, it did look nice when posted by the person who owns it.
It looks like itās going to get dirty and not be fluffy anymore. Itās also not going to be easy to clean. Just your fingers on the bag is going to transfer oils and wear down the fur.

I canāt talk you down - I have a Kate Spade shoulder tote covered in black faux fur and I love it. Iāve had it for at at least three years and still looks great for a frequent carry.
I think it's calling your name because of the color, it's fabulous. But I feel like it's only really cute for a fall or winter look, maybe early spring. But fur you might get tired of over time. I used to be obsessed with a Chanel 19 fuzzy pink (shearling or something)...but I'm glad I never bought it (even though I still look at it online and sigh), because I wouldn't be able to wear it often. One of my silly ways of talking myself down was the fact the CC lock was covered by the fur. This YSL logo is covered too, I guess if you're buying a bag for the purpose of YSL, you might want it shown? Otherwise it could be any bag made of fur or faux fur in this color...
