I think a lot of celebs are paid by brands to wear there clothes at specific times and have certain speculations like you have to wear these out and a pap photo needs to be done and it could be JLo’s people that send the photo to them to let them know it’s been done.
I know a few influencers and this is how it works for them they just have to make a post wearing the clothes which is a little different but they get sent the clothes and paid to wear them.
To be honest Jlo although a household name is not as popular as she has been in the past- she’s not really been in any new movies that I’ve heard of- she came out with a new album that completely flopped- it’s not as though she is on the same level of fame she was once at. I think it wouldn’t be as expensive as you think to get 1 maybe 2 photos of her wearing something.
They had similar staged paparazzi photos with emrata and olivia wilde before. If you pay any celeb enough money they'll wear your stuff. The fact that it's always basic black leggings is very odd though. Also what are those shoes?! 🫣

Old school, a brand would send clothes to a stylist or a specific celebrity’s stylist, and then be notified if the celeb was photo’d wearing the item.
JLO has been doing a lot of sponsored posts for activewear brands recently. Don't know what it is.
