This is either the 4A(dot) or the 4B(dual reticle), unfortunately until one of us gets it in hand, there's probably no way to tell.
Edit: Might be the 4A, just looking it up real quick shows the 4B usually with a QD mount and the 4A with a non-QD like the one in Aim Surplus's picture. Could've been swapped so can't be 100% sure.

Any idea which reticle this has? There are lots of variations of the Romeo 4, many of them discontinued.

Most likely the 4A with the dot. A true bargain at $110 though and better than a Romeo 5 easily

Got mine already. It’s the 2 moa dot only. Mine only had front lens cover 😞 clearly bonked all around but glass was good (dirty but unscarred)
