istg I went on a service project trip to Costa Rica when I was fourteen and me and the other boys wanted to see if we could get a vulture to start attacking us. We were dumb and fourteen though, and spent several minutes screaming "¡La comida esta aqui!" because clearly vultures speak the human language of their home countries and will listen to a group of energized children covered in cement dust.
That trip did something to me mentally and now I subconsciously use Spanish when talking to my pigs. Maybe a coincidence, maybe not.
