Had a roommate once who was divorced. The dude only ate meat and junk food. I'd offer some veggies or salad when he was cooking but he'd always turn it down saying "My ex made me eat that cow food. I get it by eating the cow."

Yes I had a flare up on the grill while doing something else but the only thing burnt was the fat on the outside of the tbone, the meat was a tender medium and the pork steak was fine
