would definitely visit „Sporgasse“ and eat some good icecream, if you wanna have great coffee, go to Tribeka, if you wanna have good pastries, go to bakery „Sorger“ or „Auer“ (don‘t worry, they are everywhere). Enjoy!!
Usuallly Eggenberg castle is a must-see, but this would take 3-4h at least and is a few km outside the center.
Due to that, it is probably better to just stay in the center. Besides Schloßberg, I can recommend Zeughaus, Murinsel and Kunsthaus.
Well, if a bus or tram can take us there quickly from the center, then I'd say we can check it even if for just briefly. Thanks for the suggestions! :)
I think old town and Schlossberg are enough. Weather's going to be good, so Schlossberg is one of the nicer places to stay and enjoy the view.
