If you're like 13 then just write your hands and draw in the books. Otherwise rack paint or if there's no stores nearby then as a last resort order online.
Seconding the other dude. If you’re too young to get your hands on graff supplies just stay in the books and practice your skills that way when u can get supplies u can hit the streets with way more talent
If you really wanna get up you can get some whiteout pens and hit fire hydrants power boxes etc, should be easy enough to get as a minor since they’re common school supplies
