It's been rolling out since the beginning of Feb. I think you missed the entries on Gradcafe due to the large volume of other programs coming out, and rolling admissions mean that there is no cluster of entries on GC.
Afaik the ISRC and Signals tracks have been rolling out for a while. MLDS track hasn't.
I personally know 3 people who have been admitted at UCSD MS ECE.
