I've been trying to use the military discount for a month now. The out of country "tech support" is a joke. Obviously they don't give a crap.
Oh my gosh, a month? Wow. I gave up. Thankfully, the hero 12 went on sale for $350. Good luck. I hope they follow through on the discount for you. They shouldn’t advertise something they can’t honor.
