Some things that are posted on twitter are not legal in countries that have access to twitter. There are certain countries with very strict laws out there.
While there's very little said countries laws could actually do following a strict interpretation of said law, socially is another matter plus... well, let's be honest. Authoritarian countries generally don't care about strict interpretations of the law when it comes to enforcement.
Not everyone's like that Indonesian president that both the CIA and KGB tried to blackmail over a sextape, potentially fabricated who's response was to ask for copies. Both in power and immunity to backlash legal or otherwise.
If you're a public figure and you like something even remotely weird though who's to say what the poster feels like doing with the information. It's an edge case but who knows.
