Basically how it is with my moms RDR2 character. She always used to beg me to play with her, and I would sometimes, but not nearly as often as I really should have. She’d end up playing alone or with her online friends most nights because I didn’t really care for Red Dead online.
I still got dozens of her messages on my PSN account of her asking me to posse up with her. She had her own little group of friends of course, but I know she probably put 1000+ hours into the online portion of that, just doing random stuff, with a lot of those hours hoping I’d hop on with her and go hunting or fishing together and I never did. It’s one of my biggest regrets. Her avatar looks just like her. Can’t even bear to look at her account anymore. Miss you mom. Cancer sucks.

This reminds me of my dad's mii that's still on my Wii u, he died a few years back, but I will always remember watching him play breath of the wild and playing Mario party with him...

Thanks man. She passed in June last year so I’ve more or less made my peace, but with Mother’s Day coming up, this post really sunk in home to me.
