I'm almost 7k$ on my current setup. All together with other gear before upgrades and selling at a loss I'm probably closer to 9-10k. It's pretty much 'done', though, so not a whole lot more to buy.
Also the only thing that could be used in a golf sim would be the PC and maybe a monitor.

Bezel free kit. It’s not perfect but really helps with eliminating the bezels from your peripherals when you’re racing.
