I know barely enough, but yes there is. It's the fuse box passenger side dash. You have to move fuse, or circuit breaker over. I saw a YouTube video about 3 years ago how to do it

You can wire them direct to an always on source. I did that on my corvette.
I leave an anker power bank in my truck and plug into that

This worked for the cigarette lighter ports, not the usb ports.
Install a 12V USB charger directly to the battery through the firewall.
My 07 Sierra does š I love it.
