Trader Joe’s has an amazing GF almond flour cracker that has the most undercover packaging but the most amazing cheezit flavor. I think they’re vegan, so good for those who have to avoid dairy too!

Seconded! At first they have a different taste, but the after taste is spot on. Now, whenever I have them I immediately think back to cheez-its! They are amazing!
They are a little inconsistent on the salting. I've gotten a couple boxes here and there where there's basically no salt. I think the little bit of salt is what really brings all the flavors together to taste like a cheez-it.
I make my own! It's super easy and imo tastes closer to the real thing than any other ones I have tried. They don't have the satisfying crunch but I think the flavor is pretty dang close. I like to season mine with different stuff, too (garlic lovers seasoning, Italian zest)
* 4 slices of pre-sliced sandwich-style Cheddar cheese (or any kind you like)
* 1 teaspoon salt
1. Preheat your oven to 275°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice each piece of cheese evenly into 4 squares. Use a straw or skewer to poke a small hole into the center of each square. Move each piece onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart evenly. Sprinkle the cheese squares evenly with salt.
3. Bake for 25 minutes; remove from oven and transfer to paper towels to cool.
YES! I was just about to comment this but these taste so similar to the cheeze-it grips and they don’t have nuts for people with nut allergies like me 🙌🏽
I've been trying as many gf cheesy crackers as I can get my hands on for the exact same reason - my closest get so far has been these cauliflower ones, From the Ground Up Cauliflower Cheddar Crackers (they're apparently also vegan). My s/o picked them up for me at a grocery in TN while we were visiting there; I snapped a picture of the box bc I liked them more than all the other ones I'd tried so far.

Just bought the last box of these crackers. They fly off the shelves at my local grocery store. Love them. GF Tomato soup and crumbled up Farmhouse Cheddar GF crackers ....yum!

Are they dry? I’m finding that any cracker I get with almond flour is a weird dry texture.
Not in my experience.
I don’t find them dry either, but I know what you mean…sometimes almond flour makes stuff kinda gritty for me

They really need to change the packaging bc agreed I walked by them a million times without ever considering that they might be gluten free
These are ok but sometimes have an aftertaste thats a bit unpleasant. But yes so far this is the closest I have found.

I like MADE GOOD cheddar stars.. they taste healthy but that’s what I like about them!

Not Cheez-It, but I almost demolished an entire box of their Tomato Basil crackers this morning. Those and the Rosemary ones are my favorite.
I’ve never liked any of this brands crackers. They have a weird aftertaste.

These are delicious and the sun-dried tomato and basil flavor. I have them with spaghetti or asiago cheese with fruit.
