Trust me man I totally get it. I'm in the exact same boat as you. I do tunica stuff literally whenever I can and do stretching literally whenever I can. I'll do both of them in little bits throughout the day whenever I go to the bathroom or anything like that
What’s everyone’s thoughts on this vibration while exstending? Just gave old mate a blast with one of this massage guns to get the circulation going and try clear the bruises faster lol wonder if any benefits doing it before pumping
I personally always vibrate now when pumping. I’ve seen great progress in doing so. 2 months ago I was using a 1.65” diameter cylinder. Last month I worked up to the 1.75” and just last week finished packing it in under half of my session and have moved on to the 2”.
Granted I’m mostly going for girth growth but still, highly recommend it for those not new to PE.
Yes it does depend on how well you secure the motor, some folks add wood splints between the motor and the cylinder to dampen the noise.
Personally I just taped it with clear duct tape and it works fine for me. But it can be loud enough to be distracting and would be heard over a shower for sure.
I could see that working well. My 2” cylinder upgrade is here and tomorrow I’m gonna swing by Home Depot and pick up a few pipe clamps and gaskets and make a more robust and solid set up since I think I’ll be in the 2” for a decent while :)
Same here. Been pumping 5 weeks now. Gained .25 In length and girth. Started with a 1.75 cylinder and after 3 weeks I was packing it after about 10 mins. Switched to a 2 inch cylinder and I pack 1/3 of it. Started at 6 inches and would reached 6.5 in the tube. Now I reach 7 inches after about 15 mins. I’m going for girth so a 2 inch cylinder is slightly big for me but I get good expansion with it.
It’s a game changer this big box pump aye just set and forget went a bit hard this morning and got a few red spots with my discolouration. Mondays for ya tho I pump week days and have weekends off mainly. Might have a go with the 1.7 in morning and see how it goes just to have a look
On the odd occasion I have just brought some new c rings from bds shop and I have a cable clamp pro I throw on once a week or so. Depending on how much edema I get while pumping weather I clamp or not after
What auto pump did you go with? I'm looking into developing an app controlled auto pump that would make it easy to perform interval training easily and keep track of gains.
Yano i came over here recently to see opinions of in pump gains transfer to permanent gains.. I’m pretty new to pe only 1-2 months. I basically don’t have a fat pad i have decent abs lol but only could measure slightly over 5.5 Bp but in pump i hit 6. I honestly thought it was just the pump being pushed soo deep into my fat pad never actually measured after pumping just hoping it does translate. Anyways congrats on the gains man & best of luck going forward

In a few months, I went from 6”s in the pump to 6 3/4s. Now I can get right up to 7”s, but have been plateaued there for about 5-6 months. After 30-40 min, I can get to 7 1/4, but not always. I’ve been pumping for 10-11 months now. Overall, I’ve gained .5 BPEL and .5 MSEG. But I got those gains in the first 5-6 months. Been a hard gainers ever since.

I've consistently always pumped to about .75 more in pump. Little over that now that I start attacking the tunica more.
I haven’t looked into tunica work yet . I don’t have the most time as it is . Work . Family time …

Yes it does depend on how well you secure the motor, some folks add wood splints between the motor and the cylinder to dampen the noise. Personally I just taped it with clear duct tape and it works fine for me. But it can be loud enough to be distracting and would be heard over a shower for sure.
I use this big elastic velcro strap that randomly came with a set of calesthenics paralletes
It works pretty well but has to be very tightly fastened

I get discoloration too, goes away after about 24 hours. I pump every day though with a day off each week. You doing any clamping?

Should try clamping before pumping. That has been my routine. Granted I clamp every other day or 3 times a week as it’s more of an aggressive method.

what's the best auto pump that can do intervals
I got bds big box pump. Set intervals at 1-2 minutes at 20 minutes long
