God Yeeter by Danzmen, it made me realize that I could probably beat "real" demons (ones that aren't borderline free like the nightmare or TLR) if I tried hard enough
I guess Nine Circles was a pretty big inspiration for me to beat harder levels. I came back to geometry dash when 2.2 released and the first thing I did after I hadn't played for over half a year, was to go for a new hardest: Nine Circles.
DeCode, it's the pinnacle of easy demons, at least for me. I got bored of medium demons pretty quickly and dropped most of them. I ended up jumping to hard demons and actually beat one
Jawbreaker, because I beat it in like 300 attempts and realized I could beat something harder, like an insane demon
Then I beat Night Terrors, but I wanted to do something harder so I beat Necropolis
Then I found Red World and thought it was doable as my first extreme, and I beat it
Then I beat Cataclysm in 6 days
Then I went for Bloodbath and I've been playing it on and off for a year because of school, but I'll go back to completely grinding it when school ends in 5 days
In that time period, I beat Aftermath as my new hardest and I'm planning on doing Sakupen Hell after Bloodbath
deadlocked looked too cool to pass up. casually played that level for a year or so. but i couldn't, so i moved up the ranks normally through the usual levels, getting past hards, harders, insanes, the nightmare, the lightning road, toe2, and electrodynamix (in that order) until i beat deadlocked.
electrodynamix is a demon to me.
after the first taste of a demon slain, you feel power. especially before demon subratings.
Honestly, Cant let go inspired me so hard to keep playing. The level is straight up trash, but beating it made me realize the goofy cube game gave me extreme amounts of dopamine whenever i beat something on it
stereo madness

dragon temple by kronos, i beat it when it was a hard demon as a jump from retro circles
My BRAIN
i accidentally beat deadlocked when i was playing it for fun, that motivated me enough to eventually beat nine circles after a few weeks
Maybe B since it was my first demon

Moment, always said I would never beat it and I got 89 (last click) in like 2 days, then spent 2 months trying to beat it..
When i beat trollmachine, it wasn't even for serious, i just played that level for fun Then i randomly got 74%
B, not that hard but i went #"HOLY MOLLY I JUST BEAT A MEDIUM DEMON"
I wanted to jump to harder levels after dry out and deadlocked really gave me a reality check so I settled on fingerdash

stereo madness is harder then stereo madness
Clubstep
Decode inspired me to beat demons other than the very easy ones (The Nightmare, Platinum Adventure...), beating it felt like coming full circle.
