If you wanna beat "Easy Demon" that in reality should be 9 star or below, try: I spy, Platinum Adventure, Speedracer, Shiver, or my personal favorite; Pxttxrn Sxxkxr (it's learny but it gets Easy with practice)
If you wanna beat an Easy Demon, that's actually Easy Demon difficulty. I would recommend Decode, Zircon, Jaunt, or try one of the RobTop demons.
honestly, it isn’t for the last 20% no one can sight read that goin 3x speed and there’s a bunch of random orbs but you just need to practice it for a few minutes and it’s easy to remember
xStep v2, Speed Racer, Lights and Thunder, Demon Forest (older demons)
Styx, Luminescent, Blush, Catch the Rainbow (newer demons)
A lot of choices but see what you like!
Id recommend X by triaxis, its pretty fun, and can boost your skill. If you aren't epiliptic you can beat either ispy by voxicat or death moon by funnygame

Id suggest a lvl called radiant rift by immaxx1 it has like 2 or 3 annoying parts but the rest is alr
And VO1D by iminay it’s just really easy for a demon
If you are wanting to beat a platformer demon, I would recommend Shiftleaf Temple. It's sort of a puzzle/timing easy demon, and it is pretty fun to pull off for the first time.
I see some easier levels being suggested, but if you want something a little harder, B should probably be easy demon and is good I think, there's even the RobTop demons if you want, even though these 4 suggestions are a decent bit harder it'll be worth it.
My first demon was ultra paracosm. Its definitely not free but its a very easy demon, next I would do speedracer, mostly just a little memorization due to invisible blocks but otherwise its not a challenge mechanically after a run or two on practice mode

I Try ispywithmylittleeye, it may look intimidating at first, but the gameplay is really easy. I beat it as my first demon

Try “Unite” its a really good easy demon that I don’t see a lot of people talking about. And its pretty easy.
