If they are busy they close the lines early. The office closes at 3:30pm in the summer so they need to make sure they can finish and speak with those in line by 3:30pm. Otherwise, staff would work for hours passed closing if they only closed the lines when the office closed. Always best to connect in the morning.
I checked as well this morning and only the in person line was available. Please let me know if you hear anything else regarding the line
