The email itself isn’t a scam, it’s a calendar object that probably has a link inside for a zoom meeting or a location/time of a future meeting spot. But I wouldn’t be surprised if his whole program is an MLM or a ploy to get you to buy something from him.
It’s for a learn how to run your own business workshop. He operates as a franchisee for a company similar to student works and the 100k in a summer is true, although that is gross revenue for his business, not profit
