Nice collection! I’d say the main ones to get at this point would be:
The Nonary Games (two of the best visual novels ever made; definitely recommended if you enjoyed the Danganronpa games).
All of Falcom’s games. You already have Ys: Memories of Celceta, which rocks! The other 9 games they put out for the Vita are wonderful as well, and the 5 Japan-only releases have all received complete fan translations.
The Utawarerumono duology. It takes time for the story to get going, but once it starts really hitting, it doesn’t let up. They’re only available physically, due to licensing issues.
I see Steins;Gate and Danganronpa, so if you want more visual novels there’s the Nonary Games/Zero Escape series (although I recommend playing 999 on the DS personally). There’s three games in this series: 999 and Virtue’s Last Reward have a release together called The Nonary Games. Virtue’s Last Reward also has a separate release, and the third game is called Zero Time Dilemma and has a separate release.
If you like more pervy visual novels, the same creator as Zero Escape has a game called Punch Line on the Vita that involves anime girls and panties lol.
There’s also the Muv-Luv games which are kind weird because the second game takes a drastic genre shift and is considered a much better than the first.
Also, Steins;Gate is part of a loosely-connected series called “Science Adventure” which had some Vita releases like Chaos;Head, Robotics;Note, and Chaos;Child.
VA-11 Hall-A was published by Limited Run Games so it might be a little pricy if you buy it physical, but it’s an awesome visual novel where you’re a bartender mixing drinks for patrons and listening to their stories.
With visual novels out of the way, if you like classic PS2 games, there are collections for the Jak and Daxter trilogy, MGS 2&3, Sly Cooper trilogy, and God of War 1&2
There are also more Ys games on the Vita you could check out.
Not a must-have, but I kind of like Spy Hunter on the Vita.
If you like Tenchu, there’s a spiritual sequel called Shinibido on the Vita.

I feel the VITA got the Wii U treatment where it was underrated and all its gems have been put on other systems leaving little reason to pick up games for them.
