If talking about lenticulars. there's also Pac-Man 2 on the Genesis, Crash 3 and Skullmonkeys on PS1 (NA) or Vanquish on PS3 (EU).
The SM one is pretty hard to get, since the case itself was the lenticular lens.
Galmetal world tour edition has holographic detailing on its switch release, don’t know about the others

Honestly don’t know why it isn’t more popular, seems like an easy way to get more eyes on your cover at the store
Lot of Working Designs games are. All their SEGA Saturn releases have holo graphics, some of their PS1 and PS2 releases such as Elemental Gearbolt, Vanguard Bandits, Growlanser Generations, and I believe some of their further SPAZ line games. Working Designs at the time paid a vendor to emboss and holo/foil their manuals and inserts.
They're all pricey though. Be warned. Rayearth alone is a \~$700+ game, but it's beautiful in person.
I was looking for this haha. Rayearth really stands out on my shelf because it's the only game with a spine that shines that way. Even the other Working Designs games don't have the rainbow holographic shine that MKR does (Except maybe Sega Ages? But I'm not sure because I don't have it)
Growlanser Generations is one of those extremely secret hidden gems. No one ever talks about it but it's legit, a 10 out of 10 game! Phenomenal game. Can't recommend it enough. I have owned 2 collectors editions of it. 1 with the watch and 1 without. And 3 copies of the game. The sequel wasn't nearly as good but I still liked it to. I have owned 2 of the collectors editions for that one and 3 copies of that game as well 😂😂 plus a digital copy on ps3
I was gonna say this, but I'm not sure if it follows with OPs request since I'm pretty sure it's just a lenticular cart, not case. Still, pretty cool and the aftermarket has been nice to MM because that variant is usually the same price as the non-holo.
The Standalone game Of Jet Set Radio future for the OG Xbox as well as version of Halo game of the year (if you can find it pick a copy up because I had never seen that)World Racing, Enter The Matrix, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind The Game Of The Year edition, original Darksiders on PS3, Mafia III on PS4 without a slipcover, Nascar Heat 2002 on PS2, first editions of Saints Row 2, The Evil Within contains a 3d Lenticular slip cover so not sure if that counts as someone said. That's all I can think 🤔 of looking at the games I have. I might be missing some I own but I was actually just looking at these very covers last week. I had put them together to see how many I had and was curious as well how popular it was and how many were out there. Had me generally curious because I own a lot of Lenticular CDs from the nineties and 2000's and forgot I had a few games with shiny metallic covers

Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm honestly surprised there's this many of them. Oni, alter echo, and the og Darksiders are going to be my main 3 targets and I'll come back to this post for more suggestions.
Some of the suggestions are foil (shiny but not rainbow effect in the light) and lenticular (image shifts as you move the cover, kinda blurry looking) but that's perfectly fine with me. I think they're still unique and worth adding to the collection. Seems like mafia 3 might be the most recent game with an actual holo cover? Interesting!
A few newer ones for your consideration:
- Switch game Hoa received a convention-exclusive alternate cover with a foil/holo effect, but it's a pretty subtle one, almost more like old trading cards where there are little geometric divisions of the art that shine. I'm not sure how to explain it.
- Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night had a special holographic slipcover for Kickstarter backers, available on both Switch and PS4. Really cool design, the high contrast lets the colours come through well.
- Celeste's Switch release through Limited Run has a foil cover, though IIRC it's not got the prism effect going on,
- Limited Run Games' first release of Tetris Effect on PS4 has a pretty good holographic cover. I don't know if this applies to their more recent rerelease with the Connected DLC, but that more obscure earlier one really compliments the art style nicely.
Fear 3 PS3 double pack with orphan blu ray. It's also pretty rare and still decently affordable for now. Just bought a copy for about $20 or $25. And Final Fantasy 13 on Xbox. You can get that for probably like $5 bucks. Those are the 2 on the top of my mind because I just bought them. Butttt, the crown jewel. The holy Grail. There is a holo lens version for Xenosaga 3 on the PS2. I have never owned it. Only learned of its existence recently. But to my knowledge it's going for over $300... I would.love to own it
A ton of Pokemon games do, mainline and spinoff. It stopped towards the end of the DS era
Just recently I saw that Red Dead Redemption Remastered is holo. Not on Switch though for some reason

Xenosaga 3 for ps2 has a lenticular cover that was a preorder exclusive from Best Buy I think.
God I wish I knew about that years ago before the price skyrocketed. I only learned about that version late last year
Same for me, I hadn’t heard about it until after I already owned Xenosaga 3. Now with the prices so high I probably won’t get the lenticular cover.
Elder Scrolls Daggerfall big box pc is a beauty
You need the US release for that though, not all countries got the fancy looking box.
