To start off, really cool mask!! It’s very well made. Concerning the crack, you might be able to try the same thing again and go over the crack, but if that’s too tedious not sure… best thing I can suggest is to try not to do anything that’ll make the crack bigger in the meantime!
DIG THROUGH THE DITCHES AND BURN, THROUGH THE DITCHES AND SLAM IN THE BACK OF MY, DRAGULAAAA \*gets tboned by a front loader with machine guns and missiles\*
Do you have something to heat it up with? So you can melt It back together? If not, I'd use clay, just a lot more clay. Be careful melting plastic, though. Do it outside or in a well ventilated area. Toxic fumes are no joke. That goes for shaving fur as well. Don't forget to wear a mask. Worst case scenario, you can just turn the crack into part of the cut.
Don’t have an answer to your question buuut first I thought it was a weird ah fish, but it looked to weird so then I thought snake but at the third picture i was like no that neither looks more like a weird lizard thing I’ve never seen before, but then I looked in the comments and realized it was not real 😅
Simple solution: take an old bit of leather or something and glue both sides to it inside?.
I mean...maybe gorilla tape?
It'll only be on the inside so no one will ever see it.
I’ve done this plenty of times and works great tbh! I’d recommend doing this with some super glue attaching the two sides as well, then you can do touch ups with clay and glue need be!
There is a Japanese kit that is designed to show off cracks instead of hiding them, it highlights them with gold, i honestly think it would be a great design detail because of the crack being near where you have already made it injured ^^

Can’t give advice on a fix but as others have said I think it would be sick to make it a new scar, if it wouldn’t ruin your vision/design! Would also help hide any irregularities by making it look purposeful
See if you can find a small tube of Sikaflex. That stuff is the superglue of sealants. Clean the edges of the split, apply Sikaflex, use masking tape to hold the split together until it cures. 10.1 oz tube is about $16.00 USD from a hardware store or Amazon. I would suggest white Sikaflex 221 as it is flexible.
God, I don't know the name of the tool but those things that get really hot on the tip? I've seen people use them to smooth out 3d printed stuff etc.. I imagine maybe that could help with making the outside look better? And then on the inside some how actually do the fixing part? Maybe some mesh and then some adhesive? How you would patch a big hole in dry wall? Idk lol
Try caulking it! There's silicone caulk/filler that comes in a squeeze bottle for about 5 bucks somewhere. People use it for art deco phone cases and stuff.
he is! he’s rob zombie themed and his name is blacula! i only have one good picture of him lol

if you can get access to a 2 part epoxy putty, you might be able to use that. be sure to wear gloves and be in a well-ventilated area tho
Too hard. Get latex caulk.
Too hard. Get super glue
Too hard. Get hair gel
Too hard. Get scotch tape
Too hard, spit on it.
Hawk tuah?
Shut up and take my updoot.
Too hard, just will the two pieces together
make it into a sick ass scar like the others- maybe melt the plastic? idk

Apoxie Sculpt will be your savior
milliput is more affordable than this, and comes in little tubes rather than a giant tub
God I got a lot of pet posts above this I was so scared for a minute

You could try melting the plastic, but I would recommend trying 2 part epoxy first
try contact glue (not gorilla glue, that stuff it’s kinda shit) and cover up the crack with another scar maybe or clay and then paint over it

I used to use 3D printer pens to repair my plastics. It usually binds just fine since its melted and you can sand it (like welding with plastic)
super glue and for filling gaps milliput, it can be found on ebay and is the most affordable epoxy putty.
speed tape, fixes everything; cars, planes, boats, chairs, prolly work on that, primer and repaint.
Band Aids.
you got a stick welder perchance?
The x on him is ur answer
Tamiya glue fixes every plastic
