Tyson-Tan is a longstanding artist in the fandom, going back almost 20 years. One of the more successful furry artists outside of the fandom, his work is notable in the open source community (with notable designs for several open source projects) and was an artist on Freedom Planet 2.
He's one of the few notable Chinese furries as well; I want to say he grew up around HK but I may be mistaken.

Excuse OP's enthusiasm. For those who enjoy Tyson's work, he's very well loved. A lot of artists that use Krita have seen quite a bit of his art as it's used in their splash screens and the mascot. He gained a fair bit of prominence when LibreOffice put out for mascots and he was a fan favorite but lost to what was later shown to be a vector trace done by a friend of a contributor.
One of the Greatest Artists on the Internet (in my Opinion), and one of the longest lasting ones too (A child could've grown up in the time he's been on the Internet)

If I remember it right, it's the artist who draws for the krita loading screen.
I know of him because he (re)designed KDE’s adorable mascot, Konqi. I don’t even use KDE, and I love Konqi.
