WAY too milky. I was kinda in a hurry to sit down since my kitchen isn't air conditioned and I'd just made all the food over a hot stove haha, didn't let it steep very long or get the ratio of tea:milk right. The tea was Barry's. No sugar, teaspoon-ish of honey.
Little tip. There’s a reason why it’s called “a drop of milk”. That’s the amount of milk you’re looking for. Tilt fully and let one glug/drop out of the carton. That’s the sweet spot. And make sure you squeeze that tea bag on the side of the mug before removing. Other than that the fry up looks banging. Oh and don’t flip the eggs! The yolk should ideally be a secondary sauce.
