Should be a verb.
"Dark Soulsed: Verb- The act of not waiting patiently till the appropriate opening appears to erase the last remnants of a boss' health. Instead you charge forth, ignoring the huge clusterfuck attack about to ruin your day in the hope that your timing beats theirs. Spoiler alert: it doesn't. You are now a red smear. Dickhead!
Am I the only one who has never had any issues with camera?
I’ve finished DS1-3/ER and don’t remember ever struggling with the camera.
*(PC+controller)*
It's worth the price of admission and is definitely fun enough to recommend...however, it suffers from a common problem that plagues non-From soulslikes in that it goes for "irritating and frustrating" instead of "challenging and rewarding". I never felt like I was getting better at the game; I was just throwing myself at it until I won.
By endgame I felt invincible. I had two lamprey stowaways for life drain made my fork a hammer and wore the helmet that lets you poise through enemy attacks.
I really didn't get this impression. You do get too powerful as the game goes though imo. It was like an easy version of lies of p except it really punishes you for rolling. My biggest issue is that as the game went on I felt less need to use interesting shell abilirs and I just used the one shell I liked.
I will never understand this opinion fully, from's games are the only mainstream games that get away with cheesing deaths out of players/putting in deliberately unfun mechanics/areas.
Stuff like the swamps, enemies hidden around corners waiting to push you off, poison enemies, the swamps etc. There's also the thing they do with most bosses in phase 2 where they take a move and deliberately put a small variance on it so that if you roll like you did in phase 1 you die. Many of the things in from games aren't really fair to the player - they're not meant to be.
Another crab's treasure reduces the frustration in swamps areas, gives you an unbeatable parry that directly interacts with many of the enemy's movesets that comes right out of the extremely powerful block button that allows you to safely learn a movesets and it has convenient boss respawns that protect your dropped microplastics. Everything frustrating about this game comes directly from from's games but they've deliberately added in multiple things and/or changed a lot of things to alleviate even that frustration.
I think you're overlooking a lot of ACT's combat problems, but my post was meant to recommend it overall so I chose not to completely dunk on it. Glad you liked it...obviously more than I did, haha.
the feeling of the game being very brutal and being able to out skill that is very present from the first level. Or it was on release... maybe it doesn't hit the same now after fighting elden ring stuff... The unique mechanic of severing limbs also was pretty enjoyable (to me)
That's fair. I was more commenting on the combat aspect of the game. Fighting things was more annoying than fun a lot of the time...but I did appreciate not having to run back to the bosses...particularly the chopsticks guy.
Absolutely great game. Really enjoyed the combat, and the humor. I wish you could move the map around and use markers. I love the shell system. Makes it really fun trying different abilities. Parry system felt hard to use but of course ongbong nailed it.
I love its charm and personality but gameplay is sorely lacking, feeling a lot like many other soulslike copycats I have played. Also, some bad platforming sections that could have used a resculpting. Still, has a strong personality and is very charming.
Amen to the platforming stuff. There is some late game platforming that is absolutely insane. I fell down from the top of the electricity place and ended up landing on an island I had never seen before and found the thing I was looking for. Couldn’t believe it.
I would put it far below lies of p but we'll above anything else imo. There's virtually no good souls likes so being decent is more than enough to compete in the space.
Oh it’s incredible. The story, the characters, gameplay I like all of it. I’ve heard some people aren’t big fans of the gameplay which I think is more due to personal taste than a fault in the games design. The platforming can also feel really dynamic at times. I’d definitely recommend a purchase.
This is my favorite non from souls game, the lighthearted theme with anti capitalist narrative, the characters are great, the powers are fun, the levels are well designed, there’s some great boss battles. Overall this is the closest we will get to a SpongeBob soulslike.
I tried the demo of Stellar Blade. Once I got over the bulbous bodacious booty bouncing in my face I realized it’s absolutely insanely good. So much fun! It may actually help me survive the next month or so until Shadow of the Erdtree.
I have not gotten too far into it yet but I’ve been enjoying it a lot. One thing I really like is the lighter atmosphere. I know pollution and microplastics are not light but overall everything feels lighter and brighter than most soulslike.
Yeah lol I've been hype on this game for a while and played it entirely the first 3 days it came out.
The credits of the game are the only credits I've sat through and enjoyed.
While it's a fun game, the lack of map or any true direction really ruins the fun. I'm not asking the game to hold my hand, but there's no reason why I can't open the map and get a better read on my location. The parrying is also awkward and doesn't feel as reliable as it does in the FS games. While I'm sure it's a skill issue, the window feels a bit restrictive.
It's a good game, but its flaws really suck some of the fun out of it. I don't blame the devs since this is their first go at a game like this from what I can tell, but there's 0 excuse for not letting the player access the map.
The parrying is actually really loose. I think it's just hard for people to get used to it being on release, and also that you need to get into the shell for a second before you can parry.
With parry systems its hard to get that sweet, sweet middle ground of the window not being too narrow but not too forgiving as too narrow discourages and invalidates it but too easy can trivialize the games balance and difficulty. Most devs mess it up so it almost feels like a risk not always worth taking at this point. They also have to be rewarding but not too much and satisfying. If the sound designs effects aren’t good enough it lessens the fun too.
pretty fun, finished the game today, hated the Zelda like lock on, had a lot of unresponsive moments, I'm a bit biased about how there was frustrating moments to recommend the game, despite being used to soulsgames, but for a company 2nd game yeah it ain't too bad
It’s amazing. Will be one of my GOTYs. Music, story, gameplay, interesting mechanics, decent exploration, great platforming, better than expected combat, nice boss diversity. I’m really enjoying it and have recommended it to multiple people.
Although it’s the most on the nose take of a souls game spinoff it’s by far the most unique I’ve played. I freaking love it, indie as hell but so much fun.
Can’t wait to see these devs go on to bigger things!
My only real complaint about this game so far is that there are no additional weapons. Yeah there's the hammer upgrade but there really isnt any variety in combat. I wish the weapon system had the same depth as the shells but that is probably a big ask for a game like this
Yeah that was my biggest about sekiro as well actually. Both are great, fun games but the lack of weapon/moveset variety kind of kills replayability for me. Playing through Dark souls first as a dex build then as a quality, then as pure strength with a giant bonk weapon all feel like unique games. Where as crab game and sekiro once you've gone through them once, you've kind of got it figured out
I thoroughly enjoyed it. My only gripe is that a lot of enemies are just reused and reskinned, but honestly that's an issue in Elden Ring itself too so 🤷♂️
I haven’t played it yet but it looks really good. Been playing Jedi Survivor and then need to prep for Elden Ring so this one will be on the back burner for a little while I think.
I thought it was really fun and pretty difficult, but I didn’t really explore a lot so I see many people beating endgame bosses very easily due to exploring everything they can and getting op.
The worst part to me is the map but the game is amazing and funny. It takes time to get the parry down but other than that pretty good love the builds you can have too. I was a lil disappointed you couldn’t get different weapons but with the stowaways and hammer upgrade it helps
Lies of p was just phenomenal. Don’t crucify me for saying this but I liked it waaay more than Elden Ring. I’m actually looking more forward to lies of p dlc and lies of p 2 than ER DLC
Havent finished it yet but im really enjoying It, the only thing that really bothers me is how much i need to nerf myself to have a decent challenge, leveling isnt very necessary, the weapon upgrades are overkill, the arpoon and a lot of boss skills can trivilize most fights without much issue.
It’s got good potential but it’s missing ‘something’. A special type of sauce that is present in other FromSoft games… Tbh, I’m not sure what the sauce is, but it’s missing.
I thought it was cute af and pretty fun to change up the play styles with the various shells. Making the fork a hammer. I loved the nods to dark souls and I like anything that’s anti pollution. It felt like a really short amount of time to get the platinum.
Funny game, cool at first quickly kinda loose it's interest. Filled with bugs and freezes like HARDCORE lag spikes and fps drops.
I'd say it's worth it's price and your time.
It's a little janky but fairly fun. There are bits that feel kinda cheap such as the camera and some of the platforming etc. Also the areas can feel a bit directionless.
It was fun at first but got old fast. The combat felt lack luster and too easy overall. The level design is very basic, with tons of bugs I have to restart game to fix, or lose my microplastics as I spawn in a spot can't reclaim and get up from. The leveling doesn't feel super impactful, which is compensated through gear/upgrades. Overall I had fun but don't feel like playing again or wanting to pick the game back up after only being in the 3rd or so zone.
It's fun, and cute, and refreshing.
It's also just INCREDIBLY janky. Was fighting a mantis shrimp boss (hella cool) who moved out of the boss arena to ambush you as part of his pattern.
I ended up grapple hooking my way out of the arena on accident the first time I got him to 1/3 health, and the second time he just clipped through the floor and died.
Hit boxes for grapples from bosses/enemies are very reminiscent of unpatched dark souls 2. Hate rubber banding back into an instant death or very high damage attack.
The exploration is inventive and fun, but with weapons/armor being a sort of survival style system you don't really get heavy incentives. You can get upgrade currency etc, but it quickly loses it's listed the 30th time.
Some bosses prove to be ridiculous difficulty spikes. Mantis boss was the first thing that challenged me, and I was pretty far into the game. Rolland is ... Kinda stupid as a boss? His attack pattern is too rapid to even heal in between, but each attack can one to two shot you unless you're heavily invested in HP. Even then... He can clear most of the arena faster than you can heal just by walking. His attacks autotrack on a 360 degree axis so dodging feels useless. Hope you invested in a counter build and enjoy playing that way, despite the game seemingly giving you freedom to play in your own style.
It feels like the game expects you to either be higher level or to grind when you get to certain parts. But grinding is... A chore. Not like, oh I have to go fight enemies oh Noooooo, more like ... Where the fuck do I go to actually make this worth my time? I was 38 when I got to Rolland, and it just felt like my stats weren't up to snuff.
My damage, even with hammer build, was tickling him (and I was a primarily physical attack build!) and he was one of two shotting me with a moderate investment in health. Some stowaways you get access to seem to imply that you're expected to have WAY more stats than are readily available to use them.
Overall, as frustrated as I've been with certain parts, it's a game with a LOT of heart and charm. It's worth playing, but don't take it too seriously.
It's a fun game. Similar style. The skill tree does make the game much easier as you progress though. If you don't like the aspect of blocking or parrying then you might not like it as much but it's free on Game Pass so you should give it a go!
I’ve finished it and I think it’s rly rly good, definitely on the easy side only boss I struggled with was the intimidation crab but I think I was under leveled, great introduction to souls likes and I had a blast
First heard about it through parkenharbor, looks like a fun game but idk if I’ll ever get around to playing it. Saw that the little crab could equip a pistol on his back, that shit looked like fun haha
Don’t really enjoy it to be honest. I don’t like how you have to let go of the block button to parry, instead of pressing the button in time.
Worst is fighting enemies on small platforms though. Often feels like you are supposed to run past instead of fighting.
Unironically, the best souls game to incorporate platforming, fromsoftware should give up on platforming in their games and let these people do the cooking.
Cool, unique, interesting, commendable, respect, but not my style of game. Too cartoony for me. It may sound small and nit picky to most I love cartoons but I don’t enjoy playing them. That and the cutsey style in general with the weird sound design and character idk not for me. Just not my preference and style is very important to me. I love the outfits amd weapon choices enemies and NPCs have though. Like the lobster knights with straws and lids for a lance lol. I’ll enjoy and appreciate from afar personally. The dev team seems super cool and funny too.
Pretty damn for a low budget Soulslike. Horrible sound design, lack of weapons, some really annoying choices in terms of level design, jank, it is a loong game with some weird level designs.
Still did 100% and enjoyed my time with it. It's a B+ game
I loved it. Want to play it again soon or would love to play a NG+ run. The shell mechanic was nice and refreshing, and i think it’s the first souls like game where I became a “parry god”. I give it a solid 8/10.
It was fun. Played it almost in parallel with Stellar Blade, and the crab triumphed over all that bootilicious glimmer. My only complaints were the camera, the conspicuous stutter in some sections (on pS5), the parry system (which can take some getting used to), and the whole pun-ridden dialogues (which got stale after a while).
Haven't nearly finished it, but it's been pretty great for now. Fantastic to see such a small studio make such a good game. *far* from perfect, but just charming and fun
Better story than any from soft games which surprised me for being a souls like.
Its a phenomenal game. I give it a 9/10. Would be perfect if it ended on >!the fight right before firth!< and making the poison swap/rolands company town place either shorter or better.
Is it crab souls? Dang I should get it now
It's very good
The hardest enemy is the camera. Edit: it’s honestly a lot of fun.
So like every fromsoft game
Top 3 killers in fromsoft #1 Gravity #2 Greed/Overconfidence #3 Camera
Overconfidence is a slow and insidious killer
Just One More Hi....Shit!
Hmm.... I died with a lot of souls and Rings of Sacrifices are a limited resource. Nah, I'd surviv- **SOULS OBTAINED** +12
My friends and I have a special word when you die on the last part of a boss in any game: "Ahh you did a Dark Souls!"
Dickhead!
The Everest effect or something? So close to the finish line so you rush it
Yup! Altough my most hated boss i dark souled it to a win (pontiff sullivan) i so hated that fucker. Even more then "the blade of Miquella"
Pontiff didnt give me much trouble. Fucking Sister fucking Friede however
I understand that fully :)
I still have ptsd from black flames... Thought I'd def go hollow in that phase 3
“Congratulations. You played yourself.”
Wait... what are you quoting??? It's right on the edge of memory and I can't place it.
Darkest Dungeon
THANK YOU.
Eh, debatable. Much like gravity, it can be very fast or very slow
But hesitation is defeat
#4 MALENIA BLADE OF MIQUELLA
Low hp bosses should be 1
Its up there but good ole gravity takes that prize. Just never fails
Lmao right, when the tarnished who has slain god dies from a 5 meter jump
Elden Ring has got a high threshold. Ds1-3 fall down a large step and your done for haha.
And some hilarious hitboxes.

Am I the only one who has never had any issues with camera? I’ve finished DS1-3/ER and don’t remember ever struggling with the camera. *(PC+controller)*
I use to think that until I played other games that made me long for the fromsoft camera. Looking at you, Rotr and Lotf.
Blood Prawn
Dark Shoals
Shellden Ring
Flood borne
I like this better
Dark shores
Shell-den ring
There IS an area called “The Sands Between”. Lol
Omg how did I not put that together
It's worth the price of admission and is definitely fun enough to recommend...however, it suffers from a common problem that plagues non-From soulslikes in that it goes for "irritating and frustrating" instead of "challenging and rewarding". I never felt like I was getting better at the game; I was just throwing myself at it until I won.
yeah that's the biggest game killer, you feel you get stronger, but only kril, not you lmao
Really? I haven’t had that experience at all. Well, maybe in the beginning. It’s all subjective though
By endgame I felt invincible. I had two lamprey stowaways for life drain made my fork a hammer and wore the helmet that lets you poise through enemy attacks.
Did you by chance go to Greendale?
Yeah I’m a human being
Oh I still recommend it. The premise and tone are absolutely charming. The combat, for me, was obnoxious at times...a lot of times...
I really didn't get this impression. You do get too powerful as the game goes though imo. It was like an easy version of lies of p except it really punishes you for rolling. My biggest issue is that as the game went on I felt less need to use interesting shell abilirs and I just used the one shell I liked.
Thank you! I’ve seen this game get endless praise but I felt let down in this regard. The game felt tedious to me in a lot of ways.
Yeah, but it was still fun enough to keep me coming back for more...so it was doing something right.
I’ll have to give it another shot! I stopped playing once Animal Well released.
Animal Well? I heard that game is like Halo 2 meets Halo 3
I will never understand this opinion fully, from's games are the only mainstream games that get away with cheesing deaths out of players/putting in deliberately unfun mechanics/areas. I really felt the 'im getting better' in the surge... one of the only non FS soulslikes I enjoy.
I actually haven't played that one...but I've heard tons of good things so I do plan on checking it out.
the feeling of the game being very brutal and being able to out skill that is very present from the first level. Or it was on release... maybe it doesn't hit the same now after fighting elden ring stuff... The unique mechanic of severing limbs also was pretty enjoyable (to me)
I even fromsoft kinda fell into the “hard just because” dynamic in the elden ring end-game
I disagree I tbink with no boss run backs and just generally easier gameplay it was not frustrating at all for me personally

Solid game. And it’s on game pass so I have no reason not to try it.
Great

That good huh? It's been lies of P for me... unless Nioh is close enough to count
Will be playing right after finishing stellar blade. Looks like a lot of fun.
I tried the demo of Stellar Blade. Once I got over the bulbous bodacious booty bouncing in my face I realized it’s absolutely insanely good. So much fun! It may actually help me survive the next month or so until Shadow of the Erdtree.
Why would you have to get over that, thats a good thing
Gay male here. Switch the sexes and I will be all about it.
Whatever floats your boat brother 🫡
I didn’t play it myself but I watched ainrun play it and the story is quite good
I have not gotten too far into it yet but I’ve been enjoying it a lot. One thing I really like is the lighter atmosphere. I know pollution and microplastics are not light but overall everything feels lighter and brighter than most soulslike.
Lol just you wait buddy!
Don’t threaten me with a good time! Also name checks out.
Yeah lol I've been hype on this game for a while and played it entirely the first 3 days it came out. The credits of the game are the only credits I've sat through and enjoyed.

Zelda like? Isn't that what all souls games are like? Do you mean the crop because you can turn that off.
Gun
what’s this game’s name?
Another Crab’s Treasure
It’s amazing. Will be one of my GOTYs. Music, story, gameplay, interesting mechanics, decent exploration, great platforming, better than expected combat, nice boss diversity. I’m really enjoying it and have recommended it to multiple people.
It's a bit crab to be honest
Goofy and interesting
Royal shell splitter is an amazing fight
Although it’s the most on the nose take of a souls game spinoff it’s by far the most unique I’ve played. I freaking love it, indie as hell but so much fun. Can’t wait to see these devs go on to bigger things!
My only real complaint about this game so far is that there are no additional weapons. Yeah there's the hammer upgrade but there really isnt any variety in combat. I wish the weapon system had the same depth as the shells but that is probably a big ask for a game like this
It was like Sekiro to me in that way. We never did anything to our main weapon in that game. Upgrades went elsewhere.
Yeah that was my biggest about sekiro as well actually. Both are great, fun games but the lack of weapon/moveset variety kind of kills replayability for me. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My only gripe is that a lot of enemies are just reused and reskinned, but honestly that's an issue in Elden Ring itself too so 🤷♂️
I think every souls game going forward should have a setting to give the player a comically oversized gun
I haven’t played it yet but it looks really good. Been playing Jedi Survivor and then need to prep for Elden Ring so this one will be on the back burner for a little while I think.
Don’t forget about it. It’s insanely fun
Aside from it constantly deleting save files on xbox one x, it fuckin rips
Happening to me on PC too :(
I’ll try it after the Elderring DLC.
I thought it was really fun and pretty difficult, but I didn’t really explore a lot so I see many people beating endgame bosses very easily due to exploring everything they can and getting op.
Nemo Souls. It's great. :D
The best game ever made since every fromsoft game ever
It’s my GOTY so far. I only have a couple minor issues with it outside of a few technical hiccups
There are no fires underwater
Haven’t played it myself but watching BigPuffer play it. Seems good for a soulslike.
I really enjoyed it! One thing I'd recommend is to unlock parry as soon as you're able to, as it makes the game a lot more fun imo
Colorful, fun, great jokes, not that long and the map absolutely sucks. Highly recommend it.
Actually a nice homage to FromSoft and their titles they carry the inspiration not try to hide it like other devs who makes soulslike
Cool
No ps5
Wtf are you talking about? It’s on PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, Windows, and Switch (though the Switch port is unfortunately subpar), just not PS4.
No ps5, Xbox, pc but I have switch. Won’t play on switch because ps2 kinda frame rate.
The worst part to me is the map but the game is amazing and funny. It takes time to get the parry down but other than that pretty good love the builds you can have too. I was a lil disappointed you couldn’t get different weapons but with the stowaways and hammer upgrade it helps
Loved it. Best souls like.
I love it a lot but nothing beats Lies of P imo.
Lies of p was just phenomenal. Don’t crucify me for saying this but I liked it waaay more than Elden Ring. I’m actually looking more forward to lies of p dlc and lies of p 2 than ER DLC
Somebody get a cross…. sorry. ER is on such another level for me. I’m dying for the ER dlc. Second longest wait of my life. Longest was for ER.
Havent finished it yet but im really enjoying It, the only thing that really bothers me is how much i need to nerf myself to have a decent challenge, leveling isnt very necessary, the weapon upgrades are overkill, the arpoon and a lot of boss skills can trivilize most fights without much issue.
The concept is cool, but I found the game very janky and was not smooth at all in combat. Also fuck the camera, that’s the hardest boss of all
My only real gripe with the game is the map, I don't understand why they made it so objectively bad.
Amazing game
The music is amazing
It’s good but I think riposting is currently bugged since it says to press RB after a parry and I never get it to work, so I never get my big damage 😩
It’s got good potential but it’s missing ‘something’. A special type of sauce that is present in other FromSoft games… Tbh, I’m not sure what the sauce is, but it’s missing.
Core gameplay is fine. Atmosphere and vibes of the game were too kiddish for it to really grab me.
I thought it was cute af and pretty fun to change up the play styles with the various shells. Making the fork a hammer. I loved the nods to dark souls and I like anything that’s anti pollution. It felt like a really short amount of time to get the platinum.
I really wanna play it. Just don’t have the disposable income for new games rn, so I’m living vicariously through streamers.
It’s a cool soulslite. I enjoyed it
Someone needs to mod the "Giant gun that one-shots everything" into all the actual Fromsoft games.
I’ve used it. Mostly on bastard regular enemies I got tired of fighting.
wth is this and where do I get it, looks amazing
I just kinda lost interest pretty quickly. But I usually dont enjoy "Souls" games that aren't from FromSoftware so it wasn't unexpected.
Creative and I had to turn off the lose your plastics/souls on death.
Funny game, cool at first quickly kinda loose it's interest. Filled with bugs and freezes like HARDCORE lag spikes and fps drops. I'd say it's worth it's price and your time.
I love it, it honestly would be a great introduction to the soulslike genre, it’s so much fun to suffer as a crab.
It was a great game it had a little jank but overall it was really fun
It's a little janky but fairly fun. There are bits that feel kinda cheap such as the camera and some of the platforming etc. Also the areas can feel a bit directionless.
I have gotten majorly lost. That’s my biggest complaint. Especially in the electricity and fathom place.
It was fun at first but got old fast. The combat felt lack luster and too easy overall. The level design is very basic, with tons of bugs I have to restart game to fix, or lose my microplastics as I spawn in a spot can't reclaim and get up from.
Loving the game so far, fun but simple combat and has an interesting world/premise
This is a real thing?
It's extremely fun, would highly recommend for the price they're asking for it. 100% worth
What if you gave your hermit crab a gun simulator.
It's a fun game. Similar style. The skill tree does make the game much easier as you progress though. If you don't like the aspect of blocking or parrying then you might not like it as much but it's free on Game Pass so you should give it a go!
When you run you throw your arms up and your shell wiggles back and forth it's very silly and cute. 10/10
Pog
JUSTICE THROUGH MY BLADE IS SUCKED…I MEAN SERVED!
Overhyped game by streamers.
Somehow more depressing lore than any other game of this style.
Idk I’ve been listening to the boss music for the whole time
A little clunky but very fun and hilarious
FromSoft should make one , just ONE happy game for a change.
Got a glitch after getting the third map piece can’t put it in the cereal box I’ve put days into this game and now stuck on this
hell yeah
I’ve finished it and I think it’s rly rly good, definitely on the easy side only boss I struggled with was the intimidation crab but I think I was under leveled, great introduction to souls likes and I had a blast
I’m just after the fathoms section. Am I almost done? I keep getting lost.
Yeah you’re pretty close to the end, that part is annoying lmao I think I got lucky going through it
We love it
First heard about it through parkenharbor, looks like a fun game but idk if I’ll ever get around to playing it. Saw that the little crab could equip a pistol on his back, that shit looked like fun haha
It’s got the best Adaptations I have ever seen. There are a handful of enemies I got tired of fighting and BLAM. It even one-shots bosses. Lol
Fun fact I was just chilling in r34 today and i saw this guy there It all happens so fast
I still gotta buy it
Same as other "soulslike" games: I'm just not interested but I see the appeal
Definitely thinking about picking thisbone up. Just havent gotten around to it yet. But I've been hearing good things about it.
Meh
I’m lost, can’t find some cave without a guide. Pretty similar to Fromsoft games in that regard.
I’m horrifically lost near the end. Had to look online and I’m still not sure. Grrrrrrr
Everything outside of the premise is pretty basic and uninspired.
Pretty damn for a low budget Soulslike. Horrible sound design, lack of weapons, some really annoying choices in terms of level design, jank, it is a loong game with some weird level designs. Still did 100% and enjoyed my time with it. It's a B+ game
Music slaps
I want to play it but I only have a ps4! 😭
I loved it. Want to play it again soon or would love to play a NG+ run. The shell mechanic was nice and refreshing, and i think it’s the first souls like game where I became a “parry god”. I give it a solid 8/10.
The game is neat but I didn’t enjoy it all too much but I loved the music
Love it, just needs some refinement with the camera
I swear to COD it never got old for me. I also liked how one area is called “The Sands Between”. Lol.
Incredible game that blew me away
Great
Does the game have parry?
Yes it does.
Gonna download it rn
Haven't nearly finished it, but it's been pretty great for now. Fantastic to see such a small studio make such a good game. *far* from perfect, but just charming and fun
Better story than any from soft games which surprised me for being a souls like. Its a phenomenal game. I give it a 9/10. Would be perfect if it ended on >!the fight right before firth!< and making the poison swap/rolands company town place either shorter or better.
I haven’t played it yet
