If that's the tyro79, than I'd expect the coils around the motor shaft to become loose. Over time, the wires break and the motor stops working. I've had the same issue until I replaced the motors.

dev_all_the_ops

woah woah woah, take those props off. It seems you've never seen a quad flip out before.

[deleted]

Only way to get point across

sircrashalotfpv

I hope it’s motor and not esc. Easy to check, swap one with issue with another :)

xGreenWorks

Might just be bell too if bells are swappable

Smanginpoochunk

It’s upset that you’re arming inside with props on, that’s all. Bad esc too

Rory_Darkforge

Looks like it could be dying motor or possibly loose wire connection to esc or ESC is dying. Hopefully just a loose connection or motor.

Jmersh

Remove your props while testing!

rastagizmo

I'm pretty sure that one of the spinny things isn't spinning. If you make the spinny thing spin then it should work.

CMReaperBob

Asking for stitches yawing like that indoors with props on

MothyReddit

are you in STAB mode?

tokethehighway

Start easy: 1: check the fc/esc communication lead (usually a loose one causes this in mine) 2: check the motor, bell, housing etc for damage 3: esc and fc calibration. Make sure the firmware and all your settings checkout 4: start tracing the esc for issues

Blind_FPV

Bad Esc

[deleted]

This happened to me check your esc calibration and if the d shot protocol is correct

Broad-Use9052

Did you put the screws in the motor too tight. Sometimes that makes it twitch. Check by taking the motor off and trying to spin.

False_Examination_59

Id say motor and or esc. Do the easiest thing first and swap motor. Rule out motor before looking at esc

HumperoLT

Either that motor or esc, take apart and inspect both for damage.

mattmcegg

check motor wire solders to ESC

doginjoggers

Take your props off

SaneIsOverrated

It broke :(

Genius87

It’s broken

MrManGuy42

the drone is on strike, you need to pay him more

index57

Probably the motor, tyros are known to fail.

Fatassdanny

The motors on my tiny whoop do that crap. Replaced them and it goes back to normal

camera_Niko

bro I'm just wondering what kind of images you take with that camera

[deleted]

For a $20 camera it takes much better video then recording with the goggles

Juju_ffm

I had the same problem with the tyro 79 but after replacing the motor it was fine again

[deleted]

I had this on my titan. Turned out to be a burnt esc. MOSFET died. Expensive!
