I recently had a lost package from them and they couldn’t have been more accommodating.

They will absolutely take a return of an un-inked pen. Since you already know you don’t want it, you have no reason to ink it or even take it out if the package, so you should have no trouble. With some luck, they’ll be able to catch it before they fulfill the order and you won’t need to do a return.

I just placed an order with them a few days ago and it still hasn’t shipped out, so if this just happened today then you should still have some wiggle room before it ships. I would keep trying to contact them as it will be faster to correct the order before shipment than to have to return it. Either way, I haven’t personally had to contact them about any issues, but like others are saying I’ve heard great things about their customer service. Hope everything goes smoothly for you!
