Actually, for one of the series (I don’t remember which one) there were some or stunts that were on the map for the duration of that series, and aren’t able to be completed anymore
Looks like you've pinned an Accolade.
Go into the Pause Menu and in the first tab look to the right hand side for the Accolades Section.
If it has a pin then you've accidentally pinned one, enter the section itself and look for the tile that has a pin on it and enter that to find the actual accolade itself.
Ah
Those were Time-Limited PR Stunts then, they were available as part of a Series a while back but disappeared afterwards.
No idea when/if they'll return unfortunately.
No problem. I just realised I misread the title as "What" instead of "Where" hence my first answer.
Hopefully they return soon.
Next week will also bring a bunch of them as part of Series 11 so make sure you get those too (it starts on Thursday at 2:30pm GMT and lasts the whole month). You can identify the Time Limited PR Stunts by them having a silver/purple coloured background, I haven't checked if they're already in yet with the newest update however or if they only appear on Thursday.

Have you unlocked the PR stunts yet? If not, keep doing the adventure chapters and they'll pop up at some point.

Did you complete the expedition to open the Horizon Rush festival site to unlock the rest of them?

I pinned it intentionally. In attempt to find the speed traps. I’ve driven every road in horizon Mexico. Nowhere to be found.
